General Details
  • A festival pass is a single wristband that is worn all three days.
  • A festival pass wristband is valid for the entire weekend that you purchased.
  • A festival pass wristband is only valid for the specific weekend that you purchased.
  • A festival wristband is required to enter the parking, camping and venue grounds.
  • Your wristband won’t be affected by showering, swimming or airport screenings.
  • Attendees must scan out when exiting the venue in order to scan back in again.
  • Do not subject your sensitive RFID wristband to the following: fire, cutting, excessive twisting, pulling, stretching or customization.
  • Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.
  • Do not put your wristband on until you are on your way to the festival and have registered.
  • Wristband registration required via the Coachella Mobile App.

ORDERING INFO & RULES
  • Limit Eight (8) Festival Passes of any combination per weekend.
  • Limit Two (2) Camping sites per order.
  • Limit Two (2) Companion Camping Parking Passes per order.
  • Orders over the limit in any combination of orders and/or passes are subject to cancellation at any time without notice.
  • Any orders found to be placed for yourself or others to circumvent the Festival Pass limit, regardless of method, will be subject to cancellation of order and pass (with refund) at any time, without notice.
  • Onsite campers must also have a Festival Pass.
  • All sales are final—no refunds, cancellations or exchanges (unless the festival is postponed or canceled).
  • Minimum browser requirements required to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated browser version.
  • Please read the Terms of Sale and Festival Ticket Terms you are agreeing to when obtaining passes.
  • Do not buy passes from a 3rd party/scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a third party or scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions.

Lineup On Sale Payment Plan
Buy now for $49 down at checkout, then divide the remaining balance over equal payments through February 2026.
$50 flat fee for payment plan. No added interest!

Advance Sale Payment Plan
The Advance Sale Payment Plan options were available until May 31, 2025 during the Advance Sale.

  • $50 flat fee for payment plan. No added interest!
  • $49 down at checkout + equal payments through December 2025.
  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100 while supplies last!
  • PayPal payment method not available for Payment Plan
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full.
  • There will be no account adjustments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
    • Please wait for your payment to process. If you make a manual payment during this time, the automatic payment may still process, resulting in a double charge.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • Your order will not ship/be delivered unless it has been paid in full.
  • Your order will not be eligible for the Official Waitlist until it has been paid in full.
  • For any order that defaults on their payment plan, all money will be issued as a Coachella Credit via FanAccount. Please note, the funds will expire one year from time of issuance.
MIssed Payments
  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is due, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and all money paid issued as a Coachella Credit that can be used towards future Coachella purchases. No exceptions.
  • It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges. Take screen shots!

  • It is your responsibility to make sure you have a valid shipping address on file for your order(s).
  • You may add, update, or change this in your AXS Coachella FanAccount after your purchase is complete until the “update shipping address” deadline.
    • You must do this for each individual order you place.

IMPORTANT DATES, DEADLINES, DETAILS
  • $16 fee for domestic or international shipping added to each order.
  • Orders placed separately are shipped separately.
  • The last day to update your festival passes shipping address is February 18, 2026 for Weekend 1 and February 25, 2026 for Weekend 2.
  • Shipping is anticipated to begin in approximately early to mid March.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is packed.
    • Your patience is appreciated as it will take a minimum of four weeks to complete shipping for each weekend.
    • Weekend 1 will start first, then Weekend 2.
    • Please also check your spam/junk folder.
    • Coachella is not responsible for failed / blocked / mis-delivered / bounced email delivery.
  • The last day to place a domestic order and have it shipped: Weekend 1 – March 27, 2026 | Weekend 2 – April 3, 2026.
    • Domestic orders placed after these dates must be picked up at our offsite Will Call/Box office.
  • Wristbands for both weekends will ship via UPS Mail Innovations.
    • UPS Mail Innovations claims that international shipping takes approximately 4–14 days from receiving a shipping notification to delivery. However, delivery times might vary by destination. Please keep this in mind when making travel plans.
  • If you have not received your order by Weekend 1 – April 6, 2026 or Weekend 2 – April 13, 2026, please reach out to support to have your order set for Will Call/Box office.
  • No shipping fee on orders containing just a Line Up POSTER or HOODIE.
    • Posters are shipped separate from your festival passes, after the festivals are over.
    • Hoodies are shipped separate from your festival passes.
    • All Onsale Hoodie orders are expected to ship in 1–2 weeks.
  • LOCKERS are AXS mobile ID digital passes that will be delivered to the AXS or Coachella mobile app beginning in early April 2026.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS
  • The last day to place an international order and have it shipped: Weekend 1 – March 13, 2026 | Weekend 2 – March 20, 2026.
    • All international orders placed after these dates must be picked up at our offsite Will Call/Box office.
  • We recommend international travelers choose the Will Call option if you intend to travel prior to March 29, 2026 (Weekend 1) or April 5, 2026 (Weekend 2) to better ensure you don’t miss delivery.
    • All international orders placed after these dates must be picked up at our offsite Will Call/Box office.
  • International customers will have the option to choose Will Call delivery at time of purchase.
  • International orders that select domestic shipping will get stuck and may end up having to pick up at Will Call. Make sure you select your shipping country and choose International Shipping.
  • International customers must enter a valid shipping address. Please double-check and provide your shipping information exactly as required (full name, street, apartment/suite, city, postal code, country). Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be shipped unless corrected and will be switched to Will Call pickup.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY RULES - MUST READ
  • DO NOT ORDER FOR OTHER PEOPLE if you may not be able to pick up at the Will Call/Box office yourself.
  • Orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.
  • Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/wrong address, etc.) must be picked up at our offsite Will Call/Box office.
    *Item replacement fees may apply
  • Orders assigned/changed/ending up at our Will Call/Box office must be picked up by the original purchaser (the name on the account).
    • Please keep that in mind when ordering.
    • If the “ship to” name is different, the "ship to" name will NOT be able to pick up at Will Call. Both names must match.
    • No name changes allowed.
    • No alternative box office pick ups allowed.
    • No exceptions.
    • Location/hours details to be posted closer to festival dates.
  • Shipping/Delivery fees for undelivered orders via the mail or for orders that are delivered/lost/stolen/set to Will Call will not be refunded.
  • Shipments “Returned to Sender” may choose a one-time reshipment offer for a fee of $16 up until our shipment cut off.
    • Shipment must have been received back by sender before request can be considered.
      Exceptions may apply.
    • Absolutely no name changes allowed.
    • No guarantee of reshipment. Be ready to go to Will Call just in case.
  • Wristband orders may be shipped in one (1) complimentary commemorative box per order (not per wristband within an order).
    • This packaging is not guaranteed.
    • Condition of the box/packaging not guaranteed.
    • Commemorative packaging is not considered part of the order and not utilized for non-admission.

  • There is NO Will Call/Box Office for order pick up at the venue.
    • You must go to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
  • You cannot pick up Weekend 2 orders during Weekend 1.

  • Physical government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for Will Call pick up.
