Accessible+ is an immersion opportunity for BIPOC people with disabilities to experience Coachella, build community and come together to discuss accessibility and professional opportunities in the music industry. We are the first of our kind, as we are led by experts and leaders who are a part of the disabled BIPOC community. Our leaders are able to ensure that the disabled BIPOC community is both represented by, and in charge of their own narratives.
At Coachella, our primary objectives are to amplify the intersectionality of BIPOC people with disabilities, build community inside the festival and spread awareness about disability & accessibility at festivals. Come get to know us onsite. Learn more at the link below.
Accessible+ also brings together a select group of people who wouldn’t have otherwise had the opportunity to attend the festival, for a unique opportunity to experience the festival like never before with most expenses paid. Find out more on the program and how to apply on the Accessible+ page.
every one is a community care effort to support mental health and harassment prevention at the festival. We invite you to our every one space at the heart of the festival venue to rest, recharge and take care of yourself. The space is staffed with trained counselors and licensed, mental health clinicians that are there to support you, free of charge.
Together, let’s take good care of one another and co-create a culture of community care for every one.
We commit to continuously evolve as a festival that not only speaks on equity, justice, and actively anti-racist change, but acts on it. Our initiatives are a starting point; not meant to be static but to expand and evolve to best suit our community. Let’s continue to co-create a festival community that works for every one.
