General Details

  • The festival is all ages; children age 5 & under are free.
  • Festival Passes are valid for the entire weekend (and only the weekend) you purchased.
  • Both festival weekends will feature the *same line up, art, food and activities.
  • Eight (8) pass limit per weekend.
  • Exceeding the limit of Eight (8) passes of any type, in any way (including multiple orders) is subject to order cancellation at anytime, without notice.
  • Two (2) Camping sites limit per order.
  • Two (2) Companion Camping Parking Pass limit per order.
  • Minimum browser requirements required to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated browser version.
  • Onsite campers must have a Festival Pass.
  • Onsite camping is 18+ unless accompanied by parent.

  • Wristband registration is required via the Coachella mobile app.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.

Buy now for $49 down at checkout in May 2025, then divide the remaining balance over equal payments through December 2025.

Advance Sale Payment Plan Info

  • For plans initiated between 5/2/25 - 5/15/25.
    • $55 flat fee for payment plan. No added interest!
    • $49 down at checkout + 8 equal payments (starting 5/16) through December 15, 2025
  • For plans initiated between 5/16/25 - 5/31/25
    • $55 flat fee for payment plan. No added interest!
    • $49 down at checkout + 7 equal payments (starting 6/1) through December 15, 2025
  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100 while supplies last!
    • PayPal payment method not available for Payment Plan
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full.
    • There will be no account adjustments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

  • For any order that defaults on their payment plan, all money will be issued as a Coachella Credit via FanAccount. Please note, the funds will expire one year from time of issuance.

Missed Payments

  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is due, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and all money paid issued as a Coachella Credit that can be used towards future Coachella purchases. No exceptions.
  • It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges. Take screen shots!

Getting Your Order

Delivery/Shipping dates and other details & deadlines will be announced after the 2026 line up is announced and the 2026 website is launched.

Please review the rest of the 2026 details at that time.

  • $15 fee for Domestic or international shipping added to each order.
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded for undelivered orders via the mail or for orders that are delivered/set to will call.
  • International customers will also have the option to choose Will Call delivery at time of purchase.
  • We recommend international travelers choose the Will Call option if you intend to travel prior to 3/30 (Weekend 1) or 4/6 (Weekend 2) to better ensure you don’t miss delivery.
  • Orders placed separately are shipped separately.
  • Orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.
  • Orders unable to be shipped or delivered successfully via mail, under any circumstances (lost / stolen/ errors/ forgot/ dog scared the postman away/ wrong address, etc.) must be picked up at our offsite Will Call/Box office.
  • Orders picked up at the Will Call/Box office must be picked up by the original purchaser (the name on the account). Please keep that in mind when ordering.
    • No name changes allowed.
    • No Alternative box office pick ups allowed. No exceptions.
    • DO NOT ORDER FOR OTHER PEOPLE if you may not be able to pick up at the Will Call/Box office.
  • Shipments “Returned to Sender” may choose to attempt a one-time reshipment offer for a fee of $15 up until our shipment cut off.
  • Shipment must have been received back by sender before request can be considered.
    • Exceptions may apply.
    • Absolutely no name changes allowed.
    • No guarantee of reshipment. Be ready to go to Will Call just in case.
  • Orders assigned/changed/ending up at Will Call must be picked up at the off-site Will Call/Box Office.
  • Will Call/Box office Location/hours details to be posted closer to festival dates.
  • Location is approximately 7 miles from the venue.
  • Valid physical government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for Will Call pick up.
  • Wristband orders may be shipped in [1] complimentary commemorative box per order (not per wristband within an order).

Camping Details

Festival passes are required to camp and sold separately.

Camping Rules & Info

  • All Campers must have a Festival Pass.
  • Camping is 18+ (unless accompanied by your parent/legal guardian).
  • All festival attendees may visit Car & Ready Set Tent Camping. (excluding La Campana & Lake Eldorado)
  • Camping is only allowed in designated camping areas.
  • No camping allowed between festival weekends.
  • No RV/Motorhome camping is allowed. This means your vehicle:
    • Does not have a Toilet in it, regardless of working order.
    • Does not have running water. No water that runs.
  • No vehicle ins/outs are allowed in Car Camping.
  • Camping vehicles will not be allowed to exit during lock down hours on show nights.
  • Once a vehicle exits, camping site is forfeited.
  • Amenities/Activities posted closer to show dates.
  • All the rest of the 2026 onsite camping details and info will be posted on the 2026 version of Coachella.com.
  • Please check back in 2026. Information subject to updates in 2026.

Camping Hours

  • All Camping is open and sites valid from Thursday 9am thru Monday 10am (each weekend).
    • Check out time is strictly 10am.
    • Any items left after 10am will be scooped up and donated to charity.
  • Camping Vehicle & Camping Companion Parking Check-In Thu 9am-2am; Fri & Sat 9am-8pm; Sun 9am-3pm.
  • Pedestrian check-in is open 24 hrs (Thu 9am-Sun 8pm).
  • Camping and Companion Camping Parking are on lockdown Fri-Sun 9pm-2am. No vehicles will be allowed to enter or exit. Please plan your arrival times accordingly.

Group Car Camping Info

  • Minimum of 10 spots per group, up to 20 spots maximum.
  • Spots are 10’×30′ x the number of spots you purchased.
  • Groups REQUIRE 1 car parked in each spot purchased within the group.
  • You can have as many people camp in your group as you can comfortably fit.
  • No custom configurations. Spot configuration can not be requested.
  • Additional vehicles must be parked in Companion Camping Parking. (Sold separately)

Car Camping Info

  • Sites are 10’×30′
  • Sites REQUIRE 1 car parked in each site.
  • Sites can only have 1 car parked in each site.
  • You can have as many people camp in your site as you can comfortably fit. Yes, share a camp site.
  • Additional vehicles must be parked in Companion Camping Parking. (Sold separately)
  • Once a vehicle exits, camping site is forfeited.

Additional Powered Car Camping info

  • Sites are 10’×30′
  • Includes 1 (one) standard 3-prong outlet at your spot for charging small device.
  • The power source will also include an extension cord equipped with 3 (three) standard 3-prong outlets.
  • Access to adjacent flushing restrooms and showers.

Ready-Set Tent Camping info

  • Sites are 10’×15′
  • 2 people max allowed.
  • Comes with 1 pre-set limited-edition 10x10 Coachella souvenir tent with:
    • 2 sleeping bags
    • 2 air mattresses
    • 1 hanging light (battery operated)
    • 2 pillows
    • 1 lock
  • Comes with 1 designated parking space in an adjacent lot

La Campana Camping info

  • Sites are 20' x 30'.
  • 2 or 4 people max
  • Exclusive showers & flushing restrooms for La Campana and PREMIUM Camper
  • 5 meter bell tent includes:
    • Metal bed frames & mattress of your choice of:
      • 2 or 4 twin beds
      • 1 or 2 queen beds
    • Sheets, pillows, pillowcases
    • Duvet, blanket, throw pillows
  • Bedside tables, chairs & more
  • Portable cooling unit
  • 1 extension cord and Triple Tap (3 plugs) outlet in tent for charging small electronic devices

Lake Eldorado Info

  • Secluded camping area. Only Lake Eldorado campers allowed.
  • Ready-to-go 2-person 8' x 12' x 8' wood lodges or 12’ × 14’ safari-styled 4-person tents.
  • Comes with cots, sleeping bags and pillows.
  • The sleeping bags and pillows are yours to keep or to donate to charity.
  • Comes with 1 designated parking space in adjacent lot.
  • Additional overnight parking available for purchase (see Camping Companion Parking).

Hotel Packages Info

  • Hotel Packages bundle local hotel accommodations with festival passes and Coachella Shuttles passes and are on sale now via Valley Music Travel for Weekend One and Weekend Two.
  • Includes three- or four-night stay for two or four people at a participating resort. Three night packages check in on Friday, four night packages check in on Thursday. All packages check out on Monday.
  • Includes GA or VIP festival passes and Shuttle Passes for each guest.
  • Packages for four people include one room with two beds. To accommodate four people in two rooms you must purchase two 2-person packages at the same hotel. Select hotels are 21+. Please check package details before buying.
  • 25% Down Hotel Package Payment Plans are available until September 30, 2025.
  • Upon purchase, a confirmation email with information on how to receive your shuttle and festival passes will be provided via Valley Music Travel.
  • Alternate pick-ups may be arranged for free until February 12, 2026. Changes made after this date will incur a $100 fee.
  • Please note, hotel name changes may be authorized for free through Wednesday, February 11, 2026. There will be a $100 fee for adding a hotel name change after this date. Name changes can be processed in advance through Valley Music Travel up to 2 weeks prior to the event date. After Friday, March 27th, for Weekend One and Friday, April 3rd for Weekend Two, no alternate pick-ups will be allowed.

Can I use a debit card for purchase?

We recommend using an actual credit card, not a debit card. If you are using a debit card, make sure you know your daily withdrawal limit. If you exceed that amount, your card may be rejected and order lost. Contact your bank to inquire about your debit card limit.

Can I use the festival passes for either weekend?

No, they are only good for the dates of the weekend you purchase.

Can we buy festival passes for both weekends?

Sure, they will need to be 2 separate orders that you place and will be shipped separately.

When will my order be delivered?

Details will be posted on the 2026 version of Coachella.com. Please check back in 2026.

Passes typically start shipping in mid to late March.

Are single day passes available?

No.

Can I share my festival pass?

No. It’s void once removed. It can only be used by one person.

I am traveling from abroad and worried I won't get my passes in the mail.

International customers will have the option to select “Will Call” at time of purchase in order to pick up passes at the Box Office location near the festival. Please check back closer to festival dates.

Does a festival pass include camping?

No, camping spots are sold separately.

You do not need to purchase a camping site if you are staying with your friend in their purchased camping site.

Are Hotel Packages available?

Coachella.com will have most of the information you are looking for. We recommend you wait until the 2026 website launches for the most up to date information since some things do change from year to year. You can still get a general overall idea by looking at the rest of the 2025 website, but tons of info will be updated next year and especially closer to festival dates.

Can someone else pick up my order at the box office/will call?

No. Do not order on behalf of other people if you are unable to pick up your order at the box office if it ends up going there.
