Selling Resale Information

Can’t make it to the show? Just list your tickets for sale with AXS Official Resale.

  • Not all passes are resale eligible.
  • If the Sell button is not displayed or is grayed out, this indicates that your passes are not eligible for resale.
  • Once you've listed your passes, they will be immediately available for other fans to buy.
  • Your passes must be paid in full before they can be resold.
  • If you have already received your pass, be sure to check the reg code on the back before selling to make sure you list the correct pass.
  • There is no guarantee that passes can be resold.
  • No shipping required! Once your pass has sold, a new pass will be issued directly to the buyer.
  • If you have already received your pass, you can still list it for resale (even after it has been registered). Once sold, the original physical pass will be voided and can be discarded.
  • All sales are final.

How To Sell On AXS Official Resale

Go to ‘Your Tickets & choose the order with the passes you want to sell.

Addition Resale Selling Details and FAQs

GENERAL RESALE INFO FOR SELLERS
  • You cannot sell part of a pass that was sold as a single item. (Example: Your 3-Day pass can not be broken up across days.)
  • Passes listed for resale will be listed and sold anonymously.
  • As the seller, you set your listing price and any listing expiration date per pass.
    • Note: Additional AXS fees are added to the buyers purchase price.
  • You can delete your listing at any time before it sells.
RESALE & SHIPPING
  • If you list your passes for Resale, they will no longer ship to you. Listing some or all of your order, puts shipping on hold.
    • Shipping Deadlines
    • Items sold before 3/31/27 (Weekend 1) / 4/7/27 (Weekend 2) - Items will ship out automatically to buyer.
    • Items sold after 3/31/27 (Weekend 1) / 4/7/27 (Weekend 2) - Items will be available at Will Call for pickup by the buyer.
    • Items NOT SOLD - Items will be available at Will Call for pickup by you.
    • If you cancel your listing before 3/31/27 (Weekend 1) / 4/7/27 (Weekend 2), your items will continue to be shipped directly to you. You can always re-list your items after it arrives.
  • If your order doesn't ship for any reason, it will be available for pick up at will call.
  • All unsold festival pass listings expire 10am PT on the Friday of each weekend and AXS Official Resale closes.
COMMUNICATION AND PAYMENTS FOR SELLER
  • You will be sent a confirmation email from AXS once your listing has sold.
  • You will see the appropriate funds (the selling price of the pass, minus a seller fee) in your AXS account once you receive your sold confirmation.
  • Before discarding wristbands that have been resold, be sure to check the registration code printed on the wristband to note which pass(es) have sold.
  • You will be able to transfer the funds to your selected financial institution once the event has taken place
    • After you complete the transfer, the money will be in your bank account in 7-10 business days.
Why can’t I sell my pass?

Not all passes are available for AXS Official Resale at all times. This could be due to the show being unavailable for resale, the order not paid in full, or the pass may be classified as a special offer type that is non-transferable, or operational reasons.

It may take up to 72 hours from purchase or paying off your order to being able to list for resale.

Q: When does a resale listing expire?

It's up to you! When listing passes for sale, you decide how long your listing will be available for others to buy.

Generally, these are your options for listing expiration:

  • One Day From Now
  • One Week From Now
  • 10am Friday of each festival weekend (when all listings expire)

Please note: Some camping listings will automatically expire earlier.

Remember, you can delete your listing at any time before your passes have sold.

Do I have to deal with the buyer when selling tickets?

Never. AXS handles payment and delivery so buyers and sellers never interact with each other.

Where can I see how much money I will be paid for my listing?

The price will be displayed prior to you listing your passes for Resale.
