- The festival is all ages; children age 5 & under are free.
- Festival Passes are valid for the entire weekend (and only the weekend) you purchased.
- Both festival weekends will feature the *same line up, art, food and activities.
- Eight (8) pass limit per weekend.
- Exceeding the limit of Eight (8) passes of any type, in any way (including multiple orders) is subject to order cancellation at anytime, without notice.
- Two (2) Camping sites limit per order.
- One (1) Companion Camping Parking Pass limit per order.
- Minimum browser requirements required to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated browser version.
- Onsite campers must have a Festival Pass.
- Onsite camping is 18+ unless accompanied by parent.
- NO RV/Motorhome camping or parking.
- Wristband registration is required via the Coachella mobile app.
- Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.
- Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
- All sales are FINAL. No cancellations, transfers or exchanges.
- Please read the Terms of Sale and Wristband Terms you are agreeing to when obtaining passes.
- Do not buy passes from a 3rd party/scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a third party or scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions.

Payment Plan Info
Buy now for $49 down at checkout then divide the remaining balance over $69 equal payments (for orders placed by 5/15) through December 2024. These advance sale Payment Plan options are only available until May 31, 2024.
Advance Sale Payment Plan Info
- For plans initiated between 5/3/24 - 5/15/24
- $52 flat fee for payment plan. No added interest!
- 8 equal payments through December 15, 2024
- For plans initiated between 5/16/24 - 5/31/24
- $53 flat fee for payment plan. No added interest!
- 7 equal payments through December 15, 2024
- Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100 while supplies last!
- PayPal payment method not available for Payment Plan
- You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
- You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full.
- There will be no account adjustments.
- Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
- Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
- No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
- Your order will not ship/be delivered unless it has been paid in full.
- Your order will not be eligible for the Official Waitlist until it has been paid in full.
- For any order that defaults on their payment plan, all money will be issued as a Coachella Credit via FanAccount. Please note, the funds will expire one year from time of issuance.
Missed Payments
- If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
- If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.
- Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and all money paid issued as a Coachella Credit that can be used towards future Coachella purchases. No exceptions.
- It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges. Take screen shots!
Getting Your Order
- Delivery/Shipping dates and other details & deadlines will be announced after the 2025 line up is announced and the 2025 website is launched.
- Please review the rest of the details at that time.
- Orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.
- Orders unable to be shipped/delivered successfully under any circumstances (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/wrong address, etc.) must be picked up at our offsite Will Call/Box office.
- Orders picked up at the Will Call/Box office must be picked up by the original purchaser (the name on the account). Please keep that in mind when ordering.
- No name changes allowed.
- No Alternative box office pick ups allowed. No exceptions.
- Do not order for other people if you may not be able to pick up at the Will Call/Box office.
- Delivery fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders or for orders that are delivered/set to will call.
- Shipments “Returned to Sender” may choose a one-time reshipment offer for a fee of $TBD up until our shipment cut off.
- Shipment must have been received back by sender before request can be considered.
- Exceptions may apply.
- Absolutely no name changes allowed.
- No guarantee of reshipment. Be ready to go to Will Call just in case.
- Orders assigned/changed/ending up at Will Call must be picked up at the off-site Will Call/Box Office.

- Location is approximately 7 miles from the venue.
- Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for Will Call pick up.
- $TBD fee for Domestic & International shipping or will call delivery added to each order. (Excluding advance sale orders!)
- Fee is the same regardless if it ships in the mail or is picked up at the Will Call/Box office.
- International customers will also have the option to choose Will Call delivery at time of purchase.
- We recommend international travelers choose the Will Call option if you intend to travel prior to 3/31 (Weekend 1) or 4/7 (Weekend 2) to better ensure you don’t miss delivery.
- Orders placed separately are shipped separately.
- Orders may be shipped in one [1] package per order (not per wristband). Condition of packaging is not guaranteed. The only guaranteed contents are what you ordered.

Camping Details
Basic info below. Be sure to check back for the 2025 website for complete updated camping rules & information.
Camping Rules & Info
- All Campers must have a Festival Pass.
- Camping is 18+ (unless accompanied by your parent/legal guardian).
- All festival attendees may visit Car & Tent Camping.
- Camping is only allowed in designated camping areas.
- No camping allowed between festival weekends.
- No RV/Motorhome camping is allowed. This means your vehicle:
- Does not have a Toilet in it, regardless of working order.
- Does not have running water. No water that runs.
- No vehicle ins/outs are allowed in Car or Tent Camping.
- Camping vehicles will not be allowed to exit during lock down hours on show nights.
- Amenities/Activities posted closer to show dates.
- All the rest of the 2025 onsite camping details and info will be posted on the 2025 version of Coachella.com.
- Please check back in 2025. Information subject to updates in 2025.
Camping Hours
- All Camping is open and sites valid Thu 9am-Mon 10am (each weekend).
- Check out time is strictly 10am.
- Any items left after 10am will be scooped up and donated to charity. You snooze you lose.
- Camping Vehicle & Camping Companion Parking Check-In Thu 9am-2am; Fri & Sat 9am-8pm; -Sun 9am-3pm.
- Pedestrian check-in is open 24 hrs (Thu 9am-Sun 8pm).
- Camping and Companion Camping Parking are on lockdown Fri-Sun 9pm-2am. No vehicles will be allowed to enter or exit. Please plan your arrival times accordingly.
Car Camping Info
- Sites are 10’×30′
- Sites REQUIRE 1 car parked in each site.
- You can have as many people camp in your site as you can comfortably fit. Yes, share a camp site.
- Additional vehicles must be parked in Companion Camping Parking. (Sold separately)
- Once a vehicle exits, camping site is forfeited.
Tent Camping Info
- Sites are 10’×15′
- Tent Camping area is tents only (no cars).
- Sites come with one [1] Tent Camping Parking Pass in an adjacent lot.
- Additional vehicles must be parked in Companion Camping Parking. (Sold separately)
- You can have as many people camp in your site as you can comfortably fit.
- Once a tent exits, camping site is forfeited.
Lake Eldorado Info
- Secluded camping area. Only Lake Eldorado campers allowed.
- Ready-to-go 2-person 8' x 12' x 8 wood lodges or 12’×14’ safari-styled 4-person tents.
- Comes with cots, sleeping bags and pillows.
- The sleeping bags and pillows are yours to keep or to donate to charity.
- Comes with 1 designated parking space in adjacent lot.
- Additional overnight parking available for purchase (see Camping Companion Parking).
- Lake Eldorado sites come with Festival Passes.
Hotel Packages Info
- Hotel Packages bundle local hotel accommodations with festival passes and Coachella Shuttles passes and are on sale 5/3 at 11am PT via Valley Music Travel for Weekend One and Weekend Two.
- Includes three- or four-night stay for two or four people at a participating resort. Three night packages check in on Friday, four night packages check in on Thursday. All packages check out on Monday.
- Includes GA or VIP festival passes and Shuttle Passes for each guest.
- Packages for four people include one room with two beds. To accommodate four people in two rooms you must purchase two 2-person packages at the same hotel. Select hotels are 21+. Please check package details before buying.
- 25% Down Hotel Package Payment Plans are available until September 30, 2024.
- Upon purchase, a confirmation email with information on how to receive your shuttle and festival passes will be provided via Valley Music Travel.
- Alternate pick-ups may be arranged for free until February 12, 2025. Changes made after this date will incur a $100 fee. Alternate pick-ups will not be allowed after Friday, March 28th for Weekend One and Friday, April 4th for Weekend Two.

Coachella.com will have most of the information you are looking for. We recommend you wait until the 2025 website launches for the most up to date information since some things do change from year to year. You can still get a general overall idea by looking at the rest of the 2024 website, but tons of info will be updated next year and especially closer to festival dates.
No. Only the original purchaser can pick up their order at Will Call. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering for someone else. The order should be placed in their name. You can not change this for will call. There are no exceptions.
