The 2019 advance sale was June 1, 2018 @ 11:00 am PDT.  It was only time to take advantage of the Coachella payment plan.

Below you'll find important information about ordering for 2019.

  • The festival is all ages; children age 5 & under are free.
  • Festival Passes are valid for the entire weekend (and only the weekend) you purchased.
  • Both festival weekends will feature the same line up, art, food and activities.  *Lineup subject to change.
  • Passes assigned to Will Call must be picked up at the Box Office in Indian Wells.
  • Passes at Will Call must be picked up by the person whose name appears on the order. No name changes allowed!
  • Prices shown are what you pay (excluding International shipping charges).
  • Two [2] pass limit per weekend. (Excluding Lake Eldorado 4-Person Tents and Hotel Travel Packages.)
  • Exceeding the limit of two [2] passes of any type, in any way (including multiple orders) is subject to order cancellation at anytime, without notice.
  • One [1] Camping site limit per order.
  • One [1] Companion Camping Parking Pass limit per order.
  • Onsite campers must have a Festival Pass.
  • Onsite camping is 18+ unless accompanied by parent.
  • NO RV/Motorhome camping or parking.
  • Day parking during the festival is free (9am-2am, no overnight parking).
  • Day parking is first come/first serve. Once lots are full, you will be directed to a nearby, off-site, free park & ride location.
  • Wristband Activation is required via the Coachella mobile app.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.
  • Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
  • All orders are FINAL. No refunds, cancellation, transfers or exchanges.
  • Please READ the TERMS OF SALE and WRISTBAND TERMS you are agreeing to when obtaining passes.
  • DO NOT BUY passes from a 3rd party/Scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a third party or scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions.

  • In order to utilize the Payment Plan plan you MUST specifically check the Payment Plan box during the check out/order process.  If you miss this, you are paying in full. There will be no account adjustments.
  • To log in to your ticket purchase account:

  • Your order total will be split into seven [7] payments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary due to rounding.
  • First payment is due when placing order.
  • Six [6] subsequent monthly payments will be automatically deducted through December 2018 on the same day as the original order date.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
  • You will have a 10-day grace period to pay and if payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order will be cancelled.
  • Payment Plan available during Advanced Sale only.
  • Payment Plan is available for all purchases except for Safari Tents. ($100 minimum order required.)
  • You may PAY IN FULL if you do not want to use the Payment plan.
  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.

 Example Payment Plan (FOR 1 GA PASS – $429)

  • 1st Payment June 1, 2018 = $61.28
  • 2nd Payment July 1, 2018 = $61.28
  • 3rd Payment August 1, 2018 = $61.28
  • 4th Payment September 1, 2018 = $61.29
  • 5th Payment October 1, 2018 = $61.29
  • 6th Payment November 1, 2018 = $61.29
  • 7th Payment December 1, 2018 = $61.29

* Due to rounding, exact payment amounts may vary by up to 2 cents per payment, however total due will not exceed the order total.

Getting Your Passes – Shipping & Will Call

  • Shipping dates and other details will be announced after the main on-sale in January 2019.
  • Orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.
  • Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances  (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/aliens/returned to sender) must be picked up at Will Call.
  • Passes at Will Call must be picked up by the person whose name appears on the original order. No name changes allowed!
  • Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for Will Call pick up.
  • $20 additional fee for Canada/Mexico shipping.
  • $25 additional fee for all other International shipping.
  • International customers will have option to choose Will Call at time of purchase.
  • Orders are shipped in one [1] package per order (not per wristband). Condition of packaging is not guaranteed. The only guaranteed contents are what you ordered.
  • We recommend the international travelers choose the Will Call option if you intend to travel prior to 3/15 (Weekend 1) or 3/21 (Weekend 2) to ensure you don’t miss delivery.

Passes, Preferred Parking, & Camping

GENERAL ADMISSION

Festival Pass $429

  • Allows entrance into the Venue and Car & Tent Camping areas.
  • Valid for all three [3] days.
  • Includes free Day Parking.

Festival Pass / Shuttle Combo $504

  • Allows entrance into the Venue and Car & Tent Camping areas.
  • Valid for all three [3] days.
  • Includes free Day Parking.
  • Includes an Any Line Shuttle Pass.

Preferred Parking $150

Preferred Parking is located adjacent to the north side of the venue. Entry to Preferred Parking is not guaranteed after 10pm (even with pass).

There is no overnight parking or camping in this lot, and no vehicle ins/outs.

VIP

Festival Pass $999

Allows access into the venue, day parking lots (Preferred Parking sold separately) and the venue VIP areas*. VIP Pass holders may also visit Car & Tent Camping areas.

The main VIP area is located adjacent to the Main Stage and offers shaded areas, tables, couches, restrooms, specialty food & beverage vendors and a full cash bar.

Rose Garden VIP offers extra seating, restrooms, specialty food & beverage vendors, full cash bars, and an inspiring stroll through the spectacular desert blooms.

 

CAR CAMPING

CAR CAMPING $125

  • One [1] 10’x30′ car camping site.
  • All campers must have a festival pass.
  • NO vehicle ins/outs.
  • Price include a City of Indio imposed tax.

PREFERRED CAR CAMPING $325

  • NEW For 2019
  • Easiest access to the venue!
  • Don’t rush! Arrive at your leisure.
  • One [1] 10’x30′ car camping site located closest to the venue entrance (near the Ferris Wheel).
  • Sites within the designated Preferred Car Camping area are first come first parked in the designated area.
  • All campers must have a Festival Pass.
  • NO vehicle ins/outs). Price include a City of Indio imposed tax.

Tent Camping $125

  • One [1] 10’x30′ tent camping site.
  • Includes one [1] overnight parking space in adjacent lot.
  • All campers must have a festival pass.
  • NO vehicle ins/outs).
  • Price include a City of Indio imposed tax.

CAMPING COMPANION PARKING $60

  • One [1] overnight parking space for a second vehicle of additional campers.
  • Limit one [1] per order.
  • Lot is separate from Car Camping area.
  • There is no other overnight parking at the festival.
  • No camping in this lot.

Lake Eldorado & Safari Packages

Packages include festival passes, secluded camping and parking.

SAFARI 2-PERSON TENT (w/ SAFARI GUEST PASSES): $9500

Whether you’re used to camping out under the stars or living the glam life, our Shikar-style tent accommodations are sure to please. This on-site lodging option comes furnished with all the sleeping or lounging essentials plus air conditioned restroom and shower access, breakfast and late night snacks in the Safari Lounge, and Guest passes to Coachella.

  • Four [4] night stay in a fully furnished, Shikar style tent.
  • Two [2] 3-day Guest Passes with the option to add up to two [2] additional guests for $2500 per person.
  • Choice of 1 Queen Bed, 2 Queen Beds, or Lounge with Ample Seating (for the Coachella guest staying offsite who wants a retreat from the sun and sound during the day!).

2019 COACHELLA FESTIVAL POSTER $15

Order a 18×24 print shipped directly to you. Will be delivered separate from other items prior to Coachella 2019. Price shown includes shipping.

ANY LINE SHUTTLE PASS $75

Hop aboard the shuttle line of your choice and ride between any participating stop and the festival in comfort and style all weekend long. Available for Weekend One and Weekend Two via Valley Music Travel.


AIRPORT SHUTTLE PASS $70

One-way shuttle transportation from LAX Airport to select local hotels or Coachella camping. Return passes also available for Weekend One and Weekend Two via Valley Music Travel.

OUTSTANDING IN THE FIELD DINNER $225

  • One [1] delicious full-course meal prepared by celebrated chefs in the beautiful Coachella VIP Rose Garden.
  • Includes welcoming cocktail, beer & wine are included.
  • Seating at 6pm.
  • Access to the VIP Rose Garden for the entire day.

Camping Details

Important rules for Car, Tent and Eldorado camping.

CAMPING RULES

  • All campers must have Festival Passes.
  • All camping is 18+ (unless accompanied by your parent/legal guardian).
  • All festival attendees may visit Car & Tent Camping.
  • Camping in only allowed in designated camping areas.
  • No camping allowed between festival weekends.
  • No RV/Motorhome camping is allowed.

CAMPING HOURS

  • Camping is open Thu 9am-Mon 10am. (each weekend)
  • Camping check-in is open Thu 9am through Fri at midnight; Sat-Sun 9am-8pm.
  • Camping Companion Parking and Pedestrian check-in is open 24 hrs (Thu 9am-Sun 8pm).
  • Camping and Companion Camping Parking are on lockdown Fri-Sun 9pm-2am. No vehicles will be allowed to enter or exit.  Please plan your arrival times accordingly.

  • Sites come with one [1] Tent Camping Parking Pass in an adjacent lot.
  • Additional vehicles must be parked in Companion Camping Parking.

  • Additional overnight parking available for purchase (see Camping Companion Parking).
  • Lake Eldorado sites come with Festival Passes.

Travel Package Info

  • Travel Packages are available for both Coachella weekends and sold exclusively through Valley Music Travel.
  • Payment Plans are available for Coachella travel packages until November 5th 2018. (*details below).
  • Three [3] or four [4] night stay at one of our travel package hotels.
  • Accommodations for two [2] or four [4] people. (**details below).
  • Includes General Admission or VIP Festival Passes for each guest.

** Please note, 4-person packages are 4 people in 1 room with 2 beds. If you would like 4 people in 2 rooms, purchase two 2-person packages at the same hotel.

Can I use a debit card for purchase?

We recommend using an actual credit card, not a debit card. If you are using a debit card, make sure you know your daily withdrawal limit. If you exceed that amount, your card may be rejected and order lost. Contact your bank to inquire about your debit card limit.

Can I order passes via phone?

Sure, though it may be difficult to get through on the day passes go on sale.

Can I use the festival passes for either weekend?

No, they are only good for the dates of the weekend you purchase.

Can we buy festival passes for both weekends?

Sure, they will need to be 2 separate orders that you place and will be shipped separately.

When will I receive my passes?

Details will be posted on the 2019 version of Coachella.com. Please check back in 2019.

Are single day passes available?

No.

Can I share my festival pass?

No. It’s void once removed. It can only be used by one person.

I am traveling from abroad and am worried I won't get my passes in the mail.

International customers will have the option to select “Will Call” at time of purchase in order to pick up passes at the Box Office location near the festival. Please check back closer to festival dates.

Does a festival pass include a Car or Tent camping site?

No, camping sites are sold separately. You do not need to purchase a camping site if you are staying with your friend in their camping site.

I MISSED THE ADVANCE SALE!!!!!. When do the rest of the passes go on sale?

We don’t announce when it will be announced.  Your patience is appreciated.

How do I update/change my shipping address?

Please note the last day to update your shipping address is in Feb 2019. (Check back for exact date.  Info subject to change)

After completing your purchase.

How do I update/change my email or billing address?

Any changes to personal information such as your billing address or email on the account can be completed by following the following steps:

3. Click on the “My Account” tab.

4. Make any necessary changes to your email address or billing address information. Changing your billing address is not the same as changing your shipping address on a particular order.

I have a ton more questions about everything, where can I find the information?

Coachella.com will have most of the information you are looking for. We recommend you wait until the 2019 website launches for the most up to date information since some things do change from year to year. You can still get a general overall idea by looking at the rest of the 2018 website, but tons of info will be updated next year and especially closer to festival dates.

Can someone else pick up my order at the box office/Will Call?

No. Only the original purchaser can pick up their order at Will Call. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering for someone else.  The order should be placed in their name.
