Once upon a time there was a bunch of Romans. They roamed. They wore leaves in their hair, much like the song about San Francisco. Caeser said "Et tu Brute" and then there was a bunch of Ides, mostly in March. A bunch of people got killed, and then we all evolved. The end.
"The first time I heard the new single off the Bravery album, I actually cried, and I do not even remember the name of that damn song. It reminded me of this girl I am in love with." - kroqken
PM me with specifics on how many citations are necessary and a serious offer and I might actually be willing to do this. Can't promise anything, but if you name a serious price I might be capable of being enticed. I supported myself all the way through college writing papers when I had to be on good behavior.
I thought the monkeys were supposed to go away after coachella.
Not my best subject though TBS tonight has Gladiator.
oh yeah. there's the "i met you in the sahara but I was too much of a pussy to ask you for your phone number. you were dressed in dayglo green paint and wearing a cat in the hat hat. I think you saw me out of the corner of your eye and sort of smiled. I was the guy wearing the modest mouse t-shirt" threads.
i was just joking, jesus christ people.
Did anyone see the 60 Minutes on this?
The absolutely half-assed nature of our public educational system is responsible for the dumbing down our children, not me. The Teachers Union is as corrupt as any mob-run union except they have more voting power. Fuck y'all, I write shit for money, why should I care whether it's a term paper or an article or a screenplay?
not so much "half-assed" as "tends to instill cheating rather than work ethic, grades rather than learning"
No, I mean "half-assed," as in "makes an utterly shitty attempt at actually trying to instill any kind of useful knowledge or lasting skills in our children." The purpose of forced public schooling is (a) babysitting and (b) socialization, with the actual education being a far distant third. But they nonetheless do a completely shitty job of it. I was only assigned two actually decent books in twelve years of English classes, and they wonder why all the kids are illiterate?
The two books being...?
Cuckoo's Nest and Slaughterhouse
