Thread: X-Japan?

    Default X-Japan?

I suspect this was pretty empty. Anyone check them out?
I have been to concerts. I will go to concerts in the future.

Wow, not even enough attendees to get one reply.

But if your asking because you're torn on "do I skip for all of Beyonce or split with Beyonce" - I'm in the small minority here but I say definitely split sets. Bey's show is grand spectacle, but on a musical level there are so many past coachella shows that pulled me in more - I saw the whole thing and am really bumming in retrospect that I got caught up in the hype and didn't catch Hundred Waters and Japan X, neither of whom I seen before, first before heading over to the mainstage.

The last hour of Bey will still convey everything you need to get a full sense of the show.

I really didn't know much about them going into in but they put on a great show. It was definitely a small crowd (especially considering how big their usual shows are) but several die-hards were lined up in the front and knew all the words. It does get a bit cheesy and overly sentimental at times but we still had a fun time. We left about 15 mins before they ended and we missed the holograms which would've been cool to see.

X Japan was one of the most fascinating and weird things I've seen at Coachella in years. I kept thinking I was going to leave, but they kept doing something that made me stay. Great show.

Did Wes end up coming out? On his Instagram he said it was the biggest clusterfuck of a festival

Yeah he did for a couple of songs. It was kinda weird seeing him in normal street clothes playing with a glammed up X-Japan on stage.

I was there too. Guy next to me was going crazy and knew all the words. My girlfriend: "I have so many questions."
