Most of the bands you speak of Tessa, are playing the Area 108's The Gathering tonight in LV, so it actually would've behooved you to see them in an intimate venue for 22$, as opposed to what you're planning.
I agree with Tessa. The last few bands are so horrible that if I was going, I would cut out way early also. How Linkin Park has a career is beyond me. Linkin Park sucks and their fans are (mostly) unintelligble morons. I remember when there last album came out in 2003 and they had an album signing at the Tower Records in Sherman Oaks, CA. It caused too much traffic. Also, Korn is basically amateur hour to me.
WOW The Killers dropped out? That means they'll replace them with like Good Charlotte or some shit
No replacementss, bands get shifted around and maybe sets get like 5 extra minutes. Also Tessa was hinting at a "suprise" so I think "they" might perform longer now. I still dont know how everyone is getting jacked on set time. Interpol getting 30 mins? In 2005 they got 50 mins and there was one more band on that line up too.
Amusing to see Supre wet his 'gina over The Killers having dropped out, proclaiming that no one would be added, only to be made to look like a fool [nothing new here] when Brandon and Mike show up for unannounced performance. How was that crow for you, kumquat?
- Interpol cutting their set short due to the blown guitar infuriated me.
- The Silversun Pickups have a new fan.
- Linkin' Park is quite horrid live [and in studio as well, but live they get retrogressively worse.
- Aside from the "badasses", who strutted around like if they were SHOOTO unified champions, the people were quite friendly and atmosphere was even more enjoyable than ... *gasp* ... Coachella. There was no elitism, no immensely annoying *boom*boom*boom* bleeding from a half kilometer away tent that should have their fucking volume lowered 75%, and no idiotic airport-esque searches with overly-rude hicks at the entrance.

I was watching the Interpol webcast...I can't believe that happened and how the set was ended, something tells me that Interpol was just not into the crowd, it seemed like one horrendous fucking crowd up front, their set was killer at Coachella but that's because the crowd was into them. Nothing but Linkin Butt fans there.

It's alright. Silversun Pickups were awesome [even though no one knew who they were (Linkin' Park fans, remember)], and Brandon + Mike did alright, and Jaredt from 30 Seconds was amusing [I thought he was killed at one point during his incrowd performance].

HAH funny. I was standing next to a retarded annoying frat boy who had taken his Linkin Park shirt off and tucked it into the back of his pants (I hate that), backwards baseball hat, oakley sunglasses, jumping around knocking his huge beer on everyone, screaming during SSPU's entire performance, but damn if he didn't know every single word to their songs. It was annoying as fuck, but I was less mad at his antics because he actually was a fan of theirs.
