that email went into my spam folder. lol.

how can I tell whether I even have this info on flie? when I go to https://account.coachella.com/my-account all I can find is a way to set my name and change my password. it appears that my name has never been set. I don't even see a way to set address, phone, or date of birth. I probably have not bought coachella tickets since before they transitioned to this account system. maybe I am in the clear.

Well if someone uses Baily or Klein's accounts, their posts may actually improve.

enough with this talk of using people's accounts. logging in to the board with stolen account information will only provide authorities with more data to track the thieves. they can cover up their tracks if they are smart about it but it's extra effort and they have literally nothing to gain from logging in to this board. they got all the value they could want with what was stolen.

and besides all that, goldenvoice confirmed passwords weren't stolen.

    relevant.

Festival producer Goldenvoice has now addressed the hack, writing, “the intruder may have accessed” personal information, and also affirmed, “there is no indication that customer payment or financial information, or passwords were accessed.” Goldenvoice is also offering a year of complimentary identity theft protection services to those “potentially affected customers who had a driver’s license or other form of ID in the database.” The statement closes, “Goldenvoice and The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival remain committed to maintaining the privacy and security of their customers’ personal information.”
