Default Anyone else pregnant or bringing a pregnant GF?

My Fiance and I are going this year from Calgary, Canada and found out 2 weeks ago that she is pregnant so now it will be a sober Coachella for her. Just seeing if anyone is in the same boat as us? Tips?

If anyone is in the same boat and wants to meet up during the weekend, feel free to drop a PM. I know she'd love some sober/like minded people to chill with :-)

Is she an alcoholic? Maybe you should stay home and work on that,

You'll have to excuse Drinkey for being rude. He just assumes that because his mating partner would have to be a raging drunk to want to reproduce with him, that every other couple must mate the same.

stay hydrated, also stay hydrated. familiarize yourself with the festival grounds during the day and know where the medical tents are. stay away from the sahara tent as it may cause birth defects. let her set the pace. when in doubt, rest in a shady area (not the shadiest area, ie: out of the sun. but not in the sahara tent). also it's a good idea to stay hydrated.

    Dude,

With all of the good food, she has the perfect excuse to pig out. Make it a food adventure and spend the money that you would have on beer on tasty snacks.

Also, take advantage of all of the other interesting things going on.....like the pool party free massage tent.

If she just found out 2 weeks ago, she can't be very far along. I can't imagine this is going to be much of a problem unless she's completely dependent on alcohol to have a good time, in which case you've got larger problems to worry about.

Haha I should have figured I would get a lot of replies like that. No she isn't reliant on alcohol to have fun. I was merely seeing if people had tips for a pregnant Gf going to a festival and if there were any other out there that may wanna meet up to "talk shop" sort of thing haha

Stay away from the Sahara, the little fetus is listening already and could be prone to long term IQ damage

Pretty sure most people with kids go to Coachella to NOT talk shop, to get an actual break from parenthood and all it entails for a few days.

Not everybody from Calgary is a raging drunk.

    That's Edmonton.

She'll either love you or hate you after Coachella. Being she can't drink and you'll be drunk....that's gonna be tough for her.
