I have to be in Orlando through October 3, so right now it seems unlikely I will make this. Dammit. The lineup so far seems superb.

I would really like to see Buddy Miller. I've seen him as part of Steve Earle's band and as part of Emmylou Harris' band but I've not seen him solo. Oh well I think he & his wife did open for Steve Earle that one time, so maybe I did. But anyway I think he's great.

I wonder if Robert Plant plays if that means Patty Griffin would also be added. I consider her album Flaming Red absolutely essential. The rest of her stuff, not so much. But that album is so good I don't even care about the rest of it.

I saw them at Outside Lands last year. They were really great. Thao is extremely charismatic and fun to watch.
