Had a few different browsers open trying to purchase a ticket for my gf and myself. One browser seemed to be going through but got hung up on the last step. In the mean time a different browser went all the way through. I closed the first browser while it still hadn't completed loading.
When I checked my email afterwards I had 2 confirmations and realized that the first order had, in fact gone through. I emailed frontgate to try to cancel one of the orders and was told that they could not give me a refund. I'm worried now that Coachella is going to cancel both of my orders and I will have no tickets and be out $1,600. It doesn't seem like Coachella would try to screw someone out of $1,600 worth of tickets?
Not sure if I can transfer one order to a friend? I don't have a problem just keeping both orders and just having my friends pay me, but like I said, I'm worried coachella will cancel my orders since they say only 2 tickets per account.
I'd like to imagine I'm not the only person who this has happened to. Does anyone have any advice on what to do? Contact frontgate? Contact Coachella? Let it ride out?
