I was so far back for Outkast it didn't matter, but I danced my ass off.
Caught the beginning of the set, left for Anti-Flag sometime after BigBoi did shutterbug.
then after them went back to outkast to hear some great jams since Andre decided to come back on stage. It was cool, I'm glad I just danced to their vibes coming out the speakers cause If I had been close enough to witness the shitshow I wouldn't have enjoyed myself as much.
Just look at the Counterpoint lineup it's truly a magnificent piece of shit with Outkast and Run The Jewels sprinkled on top.

Just so you guys understand the English behind what she said: “I didn’t like that Coachella audience,”
She purposely used "didn't" instead of "don't" and "that" instead of "the". Saying "I don't like the Coachella audience" would be worthy of discussion. Saying she didn't like that specific audience who was board and let down because of the lackluster performance they were observing is telling us what we knew already.

Does anyone actually care what she thinks? Her best days as an artist was a feature spot with fun.
Headlining Coachella after taking seven years off, without any warm-up gigs, is pretty much the most idiotic thing I can think of.
Fuck Outkast for blaming the crowd. Their week 2 performance wasn't much better than week 1, btw.
Nas pissed all over Outkast.
she's probably right about a wanky crowd, but her artistic output hasn't been anything to excite so everyone in attendance lost that night anyway
The pilgrimage is not perfected save by copulation with the camel.
Janelle Monae admitted that she idolizes Andre and Big Boi so it's pretty clear that she's biased and will defend them no matter what. The truth is, OutKast did not connect with the crowd that night. Andre calling a bunch of white girls who have been brought up as princesses "a bunch of Ho's: is just one example of his ineptitude. That said, this is the same crowd that lost their shit for calvin harris and made him one of the biggest coachella artists ever so there's that.
Andre wknd 2 "How many baby mamas we got in the crowd tonight?"
could this outkast reunion possibly have turned out any worse? i don't think so.
Yes. Blame the crowd who showed up to see OutKast performing live for the first time in seven hundred years or so and were treated to the musical styling of Janelle Monae. Seems legit.
Anything is possible...
