Has anyone figured out how to take this thing off without cutting it?

The first thing I did when I got on the Sunday return shuttle was to slide the wristband off my wrist. Perhaps you tightened it too much, or didn't sweat as much as I did.

Twist the tail end of it real tight and the plastic thing should slide down.

I left mine loose enough to slip it off at the end of the night without breaking the clasp or any bones in my wrist.

I am. I was smart and planned a lesson where they are self sufficient and my input is limited. I'm exhausted.
