Yeah, I don't think Ticketmaster let you print your own tickets or mail them if you live outside the USA, so picking up at willcall is the only option - this is what I've done for the last 3 years. I have always stayed in hotels and picked up my tickets on the first morning of the festival. If you are planning to do this expect a long queue for willcall if you arrive anytime from about 10.00 A.M. - I have had to wait for up to an hour before. Then you have to get into another queue to get into the festival which opens at 12.00 usually - again expect quite a wait if you are there before the gates open. This year I am hoping to get to willcall on the Thursday to cut out the wait time on the Friday morning.
Usually the venue box office, but at Coachella its a portakabin with about ten windows with a person behind each one to find your tickets (they usually have it organised so that window 1 is surnames beginning with A to H, etc with a couple of windows for on the day ticket sales if it hasn't sold out and one for press/VIP passes.
Is a printed invoice ok, theres no way i can bring my parents credit card. Can anyone tell me if thats what they did the last few years. I know my mates got tickets to bennicassim with a parents credit card and they only needed the invoice and ID but it wasnt through Ticketmaster. Need some help...im a bit worried about it
