Coachella 2007 (the End)?

A bunch of people i know that are going this year for some reason all share the common belief that this is coachellas last year. Just wondering if anyone knew what was going down for next year?

Goldenvoice pays a very high rent to keep Coachella at the Indio Polo Fields. StageCoach seems to be an added bonus for the surrounding cities. Coachella will always be in the Coachella Valley, possibly further south of the indio polo fields, if Housing Developers get their way and engulf the large amount of land Empire Polo Fields sits on.

I took a drive south of the polo fields to look for a possible location for Coachella 2008 and came across a sign near a large field that read:
