    Default The Terrace

Figured I'd make a thread about this since some of you haven't received your passes yet and this actually looks pretty awesome.

    The Terrace

The newly expanded Terrace will cater to festival goers who share a passion for healthy, local, and sustainable ingredients. Look for top chefs and restaurants from across Los Angeles and Coachella Valley serving hand-crafted dishes alongside the region's top artisanal vendors offering a delectable array of hand-made edible treats, with a curated selection of craft beers on tap and a Stumptown coffee bar.

    Pop-Up Restaurants
    • Crossroads
    • Strippedback
    • Sugarfish
    • Mohawk Bend
    • Beer Belley
    • Eveleigh
    (and more to be announced)

    Craft Vendors Marketplace
    (curated by Artisanal L.A.)
    • Nuts (raw & freshly roasted)
    • Cheese
    • Handmade Candy
    • Chocolate & Confections
    • Baked Goods
    • Craft Ice Cream

    Stumptown Coffee Bar
    • Full Coffee Bar
    • Cold Brew on Tap
    • Pour-over Coffee
    • Onsite Bean Roasting

    Craft Beer Garden
    (curated by Tony Yanow)
    • Wide variety of local & regional craft beers on tap
    • IPAs to Sours and everything in-between
    • Limited releases on the hour
    • Guest Brew Masters on site

    Real Choices for Special Diets
    • Vegan
    • Raw Vegan
    • Gluten Free
    • Kosher
    • Paleo
I'm assuming this is why there isn't going to be the Heineken dome in there anymore. Anybody tried any of the restaurants before?

Thank Christ I can keep up with my paleo diet at Coachella.

Hopefully there's a vaccine misinformation booth, too.

As inclined to make fun of this as I am, I have to admit to being excited for artisanal cheese, coffee, confections, ice cream, and baked goods.

So essentially, I am a hypocrite.

Craft ice cream at Coachella sounds awesome. Cheese in the sweltering heat less awesome....but I'm still going to stuff my face.

Food Babe will be in attendance to help spread that word out along with other misinformation about why you shouldn't eat certain foods with chemicals that are actually already in natural foods anyway.

    Wait, no more Heineken Dome?

I'm guessing this won't be located within viewing distance of any stages, thus negating the benefit of a craft beer garden.

I'm guessing there will be a few time-slots during the weekend where a cold IPA will be better than anything on stage.

If all goes to plan we will have cold IPAs at our campsite 5 minutes from the entrance. This is going to make for some tough decisions..

Sugarfish is great sushi. Beer Belly will have gourmet fried chicken, buffalo wings, and are especially know for their duck fat fries. Mohawk Bend is California fresh vegan bar food - buffalo cauliflower, avocado and chips hearts of romaine crabcakes - as well as pizzas and good burgers.

Also, Stumptown is the best coffee out there right now, IMO. We have a roastery very near my house and I get beans directly from them often.

God I hope not. It was more of a hassle to carry around boxes than bottles.

Hell yes! You beat me to it, but Mohawk Bend is definitely top 3 favorite spots in Silverlake. Delicious grub and a huuuge selection of amazing craft brews.

Really excited to see how this new area plays out

Wondering if it's even possible to bring as many varieties of Craft Beers that they offer normally.
