if what happens
Is this actually possible or did Liam pull out?
From what I can tell the two Japan shows are still on in March.
I'd imagine bumping The Knife down one spot would make sense too, though Oasis and OutKast back to back would be nuts. It would be a coincidence too since they'd both be celebrating the 20th anniversary of their first albums.
Oasis would follow Muse. Skrillex to Sahara. Fatboy Slim to Outdoor?
I don't think it's that far fetched...might have just fallen right into GV's lap.

We don't know it's not impossible .
Spicy pie is mainstream shit.
Anything is possible...
April 24 - Queens of the Stone Age
April 26-28 - Levitation
An announcement about an announcement related to the band and we're already predicting set times.
My source tells me that a Motorhead cancellation is imminent and that Oasis are going to be the British rock band replacement for Sunday
I too went to Coachella for the first time in 2002 because of Oasis. I was just a young kid in college who took a chance on some festival out in the desert that all of my friends refused to attend with me. For me, I can truly thank Oasis for my Coachella. I have been 12 years now and I have a crew of 69 of my best friends on the planet who go every year and camp together.
We're Coachella veterans here so we know how ridiculous some of these rumors are: Daft Punk every year, Bowie every year but this one, which is weird because of the Arcade Fire connection. But I'm willing to let my heart race a bit with the thought of this reunion. This would be a truly great day for me. In my perhaps skewed, in your opinion, opinion, still the greatest band in the universe! I hope, I think, I know...
LIVE FOREVER!!!
Oasis won't be playing this year. If Blur and Stone Roses co-headlined, Oasis would headline. They're not co-headlining with anybody. If they play, they're playing next year when they get to top the bill on one of the days all by their lonesome.
I so fucking regret leaving Coachella early to drive back home the Sunday night in 2002. Had gotten about an hour of sleep & was coming down from some really good E, and we had a 7 hour drive ahead of us. Sticking around to listen to them just wasn't in the cards, especially since the friend I went with (and whose car we drove) wasn't interested. Didn't realize that'd be my only chance to see them for the next 12 years (and probably 13, assuming they play next year).
GIT, what have you heard of theirs that you're so dismissive of them? Or are you trolling?
If Oasis played they certainly wouldn't do a reunion set at a festival if they weren't a headliner with the type of egos they have.
Pharrell the Holy One has blessed us with with 2 miracles tonight. He has revealed his classic album and done the impossible by reuniting Oasis...

On Saturday of Coachella he and Oasis will perform Wonderwall together and single-handedly clear all the radiation from Fukushima while the world rejoices!
Coachella Weekend 1 & 2
I knew I was gonna wake up to find that oasis did not reunite and that Noel gallaghers second album would b coming out soon. Fuck who ever made this thread.
Beady dropped out, but hopefully Pixies will be replacing them since they have a show at Henry Miller Library 4/15. I will gladly take that trade, especially since they were one of the biggest omissions this year.
Serious question, why the fuck are the reissuing Be Here Now? The first two albums I definitely understand, but I can't imagine anyone asking for Be Here Now to be reissued.
April 24 - Queens of the Stone Age
April 26-28 - Levitation
The night they played Coachella in 2002 was the night I started disliking them. The same thing happened with RHCP the following year. It was such a dull, disappointing performance and it left a bad taste in my mouth. So much to the point where it's tough for me to get into any of their music. We saw BT's awful DJ set and left that in five minutes. We left Oasis after about 20-25 minutes. Probably the worst ending to any Coachella ever.
