Thoughts on Jagwar Ma playing Outdoor at Sunset?
Also...Broken Bells in the Mojave? I just don't see that happening...

Also, we never moved DJ Falcon to the Sahara for an early afternoon set. I don't see him in the Yuma.
4/15: Tama Sumo @ Seattle
4/25: Rolling Coastal Blackout Fever, Sloucher @ The Crocodile
4/27-30: Stagecoach
5/16: Mount Kimbie @ Neumo's
5/25-27: Sasquatch
Falcon is definitely Sahara .
Spicy pie is mainstream shit.
broken bells should be closing the outdoor before outkast. either them or ellie goulding.
switch the cult and broken bells, then ellie and the cult, then the cult and neko case. outdoor goes jagwar ma -> neko -> ellie -> Chromeo -> broken bells
Feeling very thankful about going both weekends right now...hope it doesn't happen for those that are only attending one...just remember, after that Tollett interview, it's pretty clear it's often agents/band management demands that lead to most of these ridiculous conflicts like Grinderman vs. Blur/Stone Roses last year...
Radiohead - The Xx - Father John Misty - Bonobo - DJ Shadow - Guided By Voices - Preservation Hall Jazz Band - King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard - The Interrupters - Klangstof
Beyonce - Bon Iver - Nicholas Jarr - Tycho - Four Tet - The Avalanches - Banks & Steelz - Car Seat Headrest - Mitski - Floating Points
Kendrick Lamar - New Order - Future Islands - Hans Zimmer - Toots & The Maytals - Devendra Banhart - Lee Fields & The Expresions - Whitney - Preoccupations - Hinds - Ezra Furman - Pond
Did 2 Chainz demand to play the Mojave?
I doubt 2 Chainz, however mainstream popular, was one of the acts Coachella Brass were most concerned about keeping happy in that day's lineup.

They overlapped Grinderman with Blur last year, like fucking assholes.

Three reunions were going on at exactly the same time last year. It can be a lot rougher than some overlap.

The updated Clashfinder for Friday is perfect. Allows me to see most of Broken Bells, the second half of Caravan Palace, the end of Replacements, Chromeo, the end of Shlomo and full sets of Flume and OutKast.
I can only pray we get something even close to this for Friday night.

Not that they were a long shot to play anywhere else but the predictions were right with the Gabba Gabba Hey's. They are playing the campgrounds Thursday night and the gobi at noon the next day.

Awesome news about the campground set
Spicy pie is mainstream shit.
I think the Knife's a special case production that plays much better in a more enclosed venue and if it's anything like Fever Ray will require extra time after preceding set to set up. Predictions are probably right that Knife will be on mainstage, but I could see this band being an exception to the rule...It's not like The Knife and Outkast have a lot of overlap in terms of their audience...much less than Replacements and Bryan Ferry do.

I think they'd do well on a stage or in a tent. I've seen them before in a small indoor venue and I think I'd prefer the tent vibe, but could see it either way.
