Question: other than airfarewatchdog, what other sites are recommended for finding the cheapest flights at the the last minute?

Doubt they have the schedule co inside with the app being released. If thats the case, then youl end up waiting til a few days before the fest.

Prices on Stubhub have dropped below $200 just in the last two days. $30 above face doesn't seem that awful for those of you still trying to get tickets.

Anyone know what the advantage of activating your wristband is? The FYF site says you can get "enhanced customer service" and a chance to win passes for next year. What's the enhanced customer service? And if I activate it and, god forbid, am not able to attend, does that prevent me in any way from selling it to someone else?

At Bonnaroo they use the RFID data to track crowd info, like when people are coming and going and also for points of congestion. So maybe they mean long term enhancement for better resources and layout? Otherwise, no idea what they mean by "enhanced customer service". Also not sure if the wristbands need to be activated for that info to be captured.

Sounds like there's no need to activate it.

New question - Is dust likely to be an issue at the new venue? It was nice of them to give out bandanas last year but it would be better if they weren't needed.

Apparently Lolla allows people to link their wristbands to their credit/debit card? That would be convenient and make for one less thing to carry around and have to worry about being pickpocketed.

Being that it is at a new location with no dirt patches, I would think that there would be no need for one.

Well sure, dust might not be there now, but it's not crazy to consider whether or not Sean and co will be actively bringing dust to the new location to give us the authentic FYF experience.

Seems like you could just get an aerial shot and approximate this...Ya know, instead of "Log in with Facebook and tweet your location!"

My friends wristband slipped off at one point, when we told ticketing their first question was "did you register it?" this made proving he in fact had a wristband and getting him a new one much easier...........I'd recommend registering it.

Good point. My wristband also came off and getting a new one only took a couple minutes because I had registered it.

Wait, Bagged Dust is replacing Death Grips? Ugh, I saw them at Coachella. Looks like I'm skipping that set to get a free churro.
