Can't hide from Phoenix.. geez
Jesus Fucking Christ! What a lineup!
For your health
Phoenix was an awful booking. What the heck was Sean thinking? They won't even help move very many tickets. Their Sports Arena show had to be cancelled because of poor sales, and then it took them like 4 days to sell out Club Nokia.

I feel relatively confident saying that this blew all of us away... except Phoenix. Fuck that.

Maybe I'm getting confused with hard summer.
Anyone know ?
How much are single day tix?
headliners are meh but undercard is stacked. gonna try to make this if I can afford it. (never thought I'd say that about FYF)

Gahhhh!!! the Blood Brothers?!?!??!!?!? I like this year's lineup way better than last year so I need to start planning this! Exposition Park and Sports Arena? Are they right next to each other??? I'm confused....
Sports Arena is IN Exposition Park.
8/7/16 - Sufjan Stevens @ Hollywood Bowl // 8/8/16 - Radiohead @ Shrine // 8/8/16 - Boris @ Regent
9/14/16 - Wilco @ Theatre at Ace Hotel // 9/18/16 - Kraftwerk @ Hollywood Bowl
I have no interest whatsoever in the headliners. It's actually kind of funny that they booked both Pheonix and the Strokes since the going joke is that Phoenix are just a modernized version of the Strokes.
I really, really want to see this Blood Brothers reunion but there isn't too much I'm excited by aside from Slowdive, Slint and Sunday's heavy/punk selection. I wish I knew if the Blood Brothers would be touring nationwide after it, because I'd probably just wait for a proper tour date to see them instead.
And jesus, how many times do Joyce Manor, Ty Segall and Death Grips have to play?
This lineup crushes Coachella 2014. Stoked.

I'm wondering if there's any chance that John Talabot is going to be live.
I live in Monterey, and all I have to say is is screw First City Festival, this is a lineup. I've seen better, but it's good enough for me to make the trek.
Lol phoenix. Saturday is going to be brutal with conflicts. Sunday not so much. Disappointed yamantaka //sonic titan isn't playing since I can't do primavera now and they didn't come to the west coast, so who knows when I'll get yo see them. Glad to finally see Boris, Slint, Slowdive. Strokes may be fun if Julian actually tries.
12/16-18 Day for Night
LES SINS, CARIBOU, DAPHNI, FOUR TET, JOHN TALABOT!!!
OH SWEET JESUS!!!!
Lucidity, come back to me. Put all five senses back to where they're meant to be.
