Has anyone else noticed that on his previous setlist during the fall he played nothing from Rxoy Music's Avalon album? I'd love to hear a few of those tunes. I think its fair to say the most people at coachella have probably never seen him live, hopefully he's a nice balanced set.
Bryan Ferry looks like a really fun show. Hopefully it won't be too packed so I can get my groove on up front.
I think you'll be alright. The crowds will be at Ellie Goulding and Chromeo...

Brits always have the best hair, unless they are bald.
His band is super tight, so I'm sure this will be quite the show. It'll be a step up musicianship wise from most of the pack (like "oh my, that's how you do it."). If I don't make Coachella then going to look at LA or SD show...tickets seem to be in abundance.
The pilgrimage is not perfected save by copulation with the camel.

All faithful versions except the most More Than This which is a mostly Brian solo on organ. Ferry sits for half the show. Very few people under 35-40 in the audience. Tara/More Than This/Avalon at sunset will be a jaw dropper if that happens to be the set time and the do lab doesn't ruin it.
Rock band, all half his age and switched up from his other recent tours with the exception of Guy Pratt(Pink Floyd) on bass. 2 female dancer/backup singers. 1 Female drummer.
This setlist looks to be the correct order of songs I saw last night. 90 minutes, so if it's an hour expect him to drop a 5-6 mostly solo tracks.
- Kiss And Tell
- Slave To Love
- Oh Yeah
- Same Old Blues
- If There Is Something
- Take A Chance With Me
- Reason Or Rhyme
- In Every Dream Home A Heartache
- Tara [Interval]
- More Than This
- Stronger Through The Years
- This Island Earth
- Both Ends Burning
- Love Is The Drug
- Editions Of You
- Let's Stick Together
- Running Wild
- Jealous Guy
I personally would just like to see the pendulum swing closer to Roxy Music than to Bryan Ferry's solo ventures, though he did have a few great singles on his own. That setlist HCB posted is pretty sick and is getting me stoked for this set (No. 1 for Friday).

I first saw Roxy Music when Bryan Ferry was 30.
That set list is ridiculous, more than I could've hoped for.
Remake/Remodel is a SICK opener and everybody in the band gets a punch-in-the-face solo (wish Eno was one of them).
Better than hoped for, for sure. Hope the Avalon songs survive the winnowing down of the set list for festival length. I'm hoping for Sunset Outdoor. Perfect set for that slot to carry on Leonard's legacy from '09.
I have been to concerts. I will go to concerts in the future.
