I know all the technicalities of the ten day grace period but i made my payment on the 12th day and it went through. Has this happened to any of you? should i contact front gate or just wait and hope for the best.
Personally, I would contact them just to make sure. They took your payment, so I imagine they wont just throw your ticket away. But I would want to be 100% certain before I gave them anymore of my money.
I believe they mean 10 days after they send you a notice... last year I made the payment a week late and they still hadn't sent me the notice.
they do NOT mean 10 biz days 'after they send you notice.' they mean 10 days after they try to run the payment. it is very clearly stated on the receipt and website that it is 100% YOUR responsibility to check that your payments are made.
if not, it is up to you to inquire and fix it with in 10 days.
email notifications are unreliable. thus, it is 100% YOUR responsibility to check that your payment went through each month.
the excuses of "i didnt know my payment didnt go through" are not valid with the payment plan.
