I don't know how Despacio would work at Coachella. I would love it though!!!

I'd even love a Radio Soulwax night instead of having them spread out over three nights. But either would be fine for me.

Outkast is a total throwaway spot for a headliner. But I'm used to at least having one or two each year (Jack Johnson, Kanye West, Kings of Leon, Stone Roses, Phoenix, The Killers).

The only reason I continue to go each year is because they get some actual good music to headline another stage which makes it worthwhile for me to go.

With Outkast on the bill then I need something like Soulwax in a headlining spot at any other stage to salvage the night.

I'm sure they're already planning to expand the Yuma. They have more space this year do they not? I'm thinking they could close the Yuma off for an hour to set up for Despacio and let them close out a night with like a 2-3hr slot time. That would give plenty of people time to check it out.

Also, I think one of the main points of the Yuma is to have consecutive artists with little to no crossover time between them. Meaning I don't think they'd shut it down, to open it back up an hour or so later

I know people are impatient, and write things like "bring despacio to boise NOW!!", and we appreciate it, but it's such a massive system, and so hard to transport, that we're having to be quite thoughtful about the sequence of travel for the beast, if that makes any sense. and it's no joke cost-wise to move... this is a pure labor of love for the three of us (which is another way of saying "money loser") and we're trying to get it to you everywhere we can!
maybe we need one of those crowd sourcing things where people can vote/bid to bring it to their city? or maybe we'll find a reclusive billionaire who's really, like REALLY, into hi fi dance music, and want's to spread it around the globe?
until then, we're moving it slowly.

I have a very good feeling that 2ManyDJ's is playing Coachella in 2014. Obviously I would love nothing more than if they brought along Soulwax, too. The recent 2ManyDJ's sets have been incredibly good.
