That diet isn't going to work because your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto your fat. This is one reason I have a hard time losing weight, I have very bad metabolism because I rarely eat breakfast, and don't eat very well for lunch or dinner. From everything I have read it is better for you to eat breakfast and lunch and skip dinner if you are going to skip a meal.
Yeah, everything I have been reading says to try to eat a protien filled breakfast to give your metabolism a boost. It's hard though, I have never been one to eat breakfast unless it's after a long night of drinking and it's still not until after 11 at least. I do find when I make myself eat breakfast I am even hungrier at lunch time then I was when I didn't eat breakfast. That is kind of annoying.
Me too...and eggs are perfect I am not a big meat eater either. I have been trying to get myself to like tofu. And in some cases, its ok lol. It has a ton of protein.
I'm a big proponent of Intermittent Fasting. There are different protocols but the most popular one is the one prescribed by Martin Berkhan, mentioned by footixy, that goes 16 hours fasted, 8 hour feeding period. Personally, this works great for me because I've never been one to eat breakfast (I've argued against the dogma of breakfast before, but Fitchella seems to be set on it) and would much rather be hungry early in the day rather than later in the evening. Getting all my calories in that 8 hour period helps me avoid binge eating at night. It works for me, but I wouldn't worry about intermittent fasting or any other meal timing protocol too much.
Meal timing is almost meaningless. Your body is metabolizing food almost non-stop. The difference between eating 2000 calories in 4 small meals throughout the day or just one huge meal is negligible. Weight change, whether it's loss or gain, effectively stems from one thing, caloric balance. Calories in versus calories out.

Did another Tabata Session last night! It was fantastic. I also started using this app that I purchased early in the year, its called workout trainer - there is a free version, I paid for the pro only $5. Its a great app because it has hundreds of work out routines, you can filter the search by body part, length of workout, no gym, full gym, and a bunch of other options. Its really good for me cause I know a variety of exercises and how to do them , I just lack the ability to put them all together in an organized routine. This app has someone count down the reps for you and also gives instructions on how to do the moves with pictures or video. You can also create your own work out routines and save them.

Swear, though, I was lifting way more than I normally do with it. This stuff surely knows how to replicate a slight adrenaline rush, which in turn helps you lift more weight, which in turn helps you get stronger and bigger.
