You're on the right track.. pretty hard to "spot slim" a body part. If it's mostly muscle really the only thing you can do is work them (with weights) less often - maybe once every 10 days. If you are at a caloric deficit and don't work the muscle group often you will lose size (muscle and fat), your body has no other choice. Could give you a more in depth explanation if you want, but you get the idea.
Soccer girls always have the nicest legs, wouldn't be too worried lol.

Everyone should be doing renegade rows.

Cutting out everything potato, binge drinking, and energy drinks has helped me immensely.
Final weigh in before Coachella. 264 lbs. 40+ lost since January 1st. I'm hoping to come back from Coachella down a couple more.
I've only lost 8. Almost meatless and still using the bullet. I'm going to have to make a 1 gal batch for the weekend.
The bathroom trips are going to slow me down:-(
Whiskey Sour
2 oz blended whiskey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 cherry
1/2 slice lemon
Shake blended whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.
http://gizmodo.com/the-science-of-lo...gn=wednesdayAMResearchers found that aerobic training combined with resistance training was much more effective at improving the levels of visceral and subcutaneous fat, compared to those who did just aerobic training alone.
For women particularly who often like to stick to just cardio workouts or extremely light weights for fear of becoming "bulky," this should come as a wake-up call. Don't worry, you're biologically not capable of developing large man-muscles, unless you start injecting yourself with certain chemicals that is. By lifting weights (the heavier the better, so long as you can maintain proper form), you're simply going to be stronger, more toned, and in much better shape in general. Basically, you'll be better able to achieve that body you want by mixing in resistance training with your aerobic workouts.
Beyond the toning effect, this makes sense because muscle cells tend to burn more calories than fat cells. Increasing muscle mass, in conjunction with burning more calories than you take in, will cause you to burn more calories per day, and yield better results.

I had lost 30 pounds. Then I went to Europe on vacation. Then it was the holidays...and I gained 20 back.
Rejoined a gym and have been going pretty regularly...also trying to not drink so much. I'd like to be down 50 by next Coachella.
good article.
Whatever you're doing is working Guedia, you looked great in the boardie picture.
Fitchella 2015, same routine, same results...here I come!
I remember the days when water was free and porn cost money.
I thought this was common knowledge? Man, if anyone wants any advice i research the shit out of fitness and diet. Also, any supplements (not harmful or outrageous) that can help boost your progression. I love this thread by the way, nothing makes me happier than seeing people trying to make themselves feel better and look better by doing so. For your goals, weigh/BMI yourself NOW then set a goal (month, 90 days, etc.) and weigh/BMI yourself only then. Just focus on your routine and diet and you will see the difference. Set yourself a weight you would like to reach for weight training, a distance you would like to run/ride/ROW/etc, time you complete that distance, or reps you complete for KB swings/burpees/etc. and hit thoat goal then set a new one. This thread always gets me pumped to better myself as well, thank you for the motivation!
