So I was doing pretty awesome, working out 5 days a week, and two days week twice in a day. Eating pretty good and didn't drink much other than wine. Then I got fired, went buckwild and actually had a summer for the first time in 4 years, until a friend died, and then my best friend got married and I was the only bridesmaid in the same city/state. I gained like 15 lbs (maybe more, I dunno) from July into September. Probably from drinking because some days I don't even remember eating at all.

I got back on track last week. But I feel like a giant tub of excuses, and man that shit is heavy.
Good thing is I lost 3 lbs already.
