It seems like so many are slaves to pills and powders these days. Kinda crazy when there are no long term studies for most. What happened to just eating healthy, getting enough rest, etc.? I know several people who start their day with a 5 hour energy nearly every day. If your energy levels are that low then figure out why and change what is causing it, don't rely on stuff like that that to get through your day.

My biggest fall back with trying to watch what I eat has been my love of ice cream. The low fat shit in the grocery store isn't very good. I recently found that I can stick a bowl of honey flavored Greek Gods yogurt in the freezer for an hour or two and it taste better than most ice cream I have had, even the full fat stuff. Yummm.
for another ice cream alternative, try overripe bananas!! just slice them up and freeze them, then put them in the blender to make banana flavored ice cream. I like to add a table spoon of peanut butter for flavor, it's delicious! you can also add some light chocolate syrup, fresh fruits or whatever you can think of to make your ice cream fun

Instead of any type of chip or baked style chips
Try and snack on unsalted nuts or seeds
With some sprinkled dried cranberries or bananas
It'll take a bit of getting use to but it's the best snack you can have
Kale chips are also really easy to make yourself. Just take some kale, put some olive oil salt and whatever else you want to season them with, an then just bake it in the oven for like minutes or so and they are done. I've never actually seen a seaweed chip though. I've seen seaweed and trader joes actually sells a really good wasabi seaweed for only 99 cents I think. It's not spicy at all the wasabi just gives it a great flavor. But yeah you need to get a flavored seaweed otherwise it doesn't taste like anything at all.
Make sure the kale is organic, have seen a couple reports that nasty shit has been found in the non version.
I have been spending too much time cruising the internet since I have very little work to do. All of the nastiness in food is making me want to give up food completely, which would be good for my diet I suppose. What I thought were healthy food options are far from it after reading up on different restaurants, add to that the pesticides on my healthy fruits and vegis and the hormones in meat...![]()

2 oz blended whiskey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 cherry
1/2 slice lemon
Shake blended whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.
I wish I had the funds to be able to do something like that. I look at organic produce and grass fed meat at the grocery store and it just isn't something I can afford at this time. Also, I wonder sometimes if the organic sections of the grocery store is really as organic as they label them to be, or if they just know there are people out there willing to throw a few extra bucks for the peace of mind they are getting by shopping in that section.
