OK now I feel like an idiot because I didn't bother to check the online store.Theres a few posters I like Pink Mountain Tops', Fresh and Only' s , Bombino' s, and BJM's .They are a lot cheaper than I thought they were going to be.
I think the Sleepy Sun poster is awesome.

Just bought Saturday passes to this. Never been to this fest or the venue so I'm really excited. A little bummed that my top two for the day, Medicine and the Horrors, overlap by thirty minutes. Anyone know how long it takes to get from Levitation to Reverberation? Are they all one hour sets?

PS - I don't know if you remember, but I met you at Coachella a few years ago by the lockers before Fever Ray (you were getting your mask ready!)

This sounds pretty good start to the weekend. I am landing at noon and looking to get out into the city that night.
Also, thanks for the poster upload--glad the GF and I went for the VIP package, wouldn't want to miss out on grabbing that poster. Should be a great weekend.
Saw Woods and Quilt over the weekend--new material sounds great live and from what I hear of the NY/Philly Loop shows makes me pretty damn excited about Sunday night.
Anyone planning a meet up?
Also, with the deluxe option, I am debating seeing Warlocks, but not sure. Do the pre-parties "sell out" or could I bounce back and forth?
We should definitely have a meet-up. When will they post the map for this year? Also, is Courtney not going now?![]()

A few minutes, I'd say, depending on your stride, five, tops. And there's plenty of port-o-potties in between to take care of business on the way from one to the other.
I was just thinking that the VIP is only about $70 more than a normal ticket, if you figure in the poster and the access to the other pre-party. That's insanely cheap, I'm kicking myself that I didn't go ahead and do that.
As far as a meet up, I'm in as well. When/where we doing this, people?
Thanks! And I will PM my cell number tomorrow--I have a friend traveling from BK and my GF and I are taking a little vacation to Austin for the first time and first time to this festival--so any meet-ups or Austin tour guides offering services would be great.

I don't think one was posted last year. They just had a map accompanying the set times booklet.
Are we talking Thursday or the actual fest? Anyone is welcome to join us at Easy Tiger and Banger's if they'd like. As for inside the festival, the big tree with the swing sets?

I think you can still purchase the "deluxe" or whatever as an add on to your regular ticket. I almost never do a VIP or deluxe package, but our flights from Jersey and hotel were so cheap, we figure what the hell. Also, the main stage bleach seats + designated beer line might come in handy during some of the sets. Guess we will see.
This whole place is the beer garden! As far as which set to meet prior to, I'd say something Saturday or Sunday afternoon would be best, before things get too crazy, dark, and drunk.
I was talking about the actual fest, as I think I'll be getting tipsy in da Red7 club Thursday, and before then, powernapping jet lag away as I will be leaving my house at 4:30am to catch my flight out.
The big tree is a great idea!... maybe before Lorelle on Sunday or Barn Owl on Saturday? I don't care when, I just want to buy you cool kids a drink and chat about half-sober somethings.
Also, I plan on hitting up the bottomless flapjack brunch at my local hangout (10 min from the fest) on Sunday if anyone is interested in breakfast and Bloody Marys. Awesome patio, too. Nathan and Hippityhip know what's up:

Wow, that's perfect, thank you! Looks like it's actually just a fifteen minute overlap so the conflict won't be so bad.
And yes, I totally remember meeting you! My wife and I will try to make it to the meetup at APF if everyone decides to have it on Saturday.
Nice, sounds like a relatively easy to navigate fest.

Food/clothing/merch vendors:

A lot of these vendors' stores can be found on South Congress. Highly recommend the area if y'all have some spare time.
The vendors have some really cool stuff. I wish I had looked earlier for a Foreigner shirt
