That poster is missing Nicholas Jaar. He NEEDS to play next year. His Boiler Room set is insane!

MBV and Slowdive on the same night? Shoegaze heaven.
Lush would be an awesome get as well...not sure who'll drum for them or if they would do it at all
plus i had the biggest crush on Miki Berenyi back in the day....ha!
*sigh*

I remember the days when water was free and porn cost money.
The Knife on the 3rd line of both posters? I would picture them no lower than 3rd on any day.
Panda Bear trolls everyone with an appearance from Justin bieber.
i think this board over-inflates just how well known the knife are here.
April 24 - Queens of the Stone Age
April 26-28 - Levitation
seems like the poster makers forgot about Yuma
You best believe The Knife will headline a stage the night they play. I really hope I don't care about the main headliner that day...
I'm thinking they will close out the Mojave when they play Coachella.

Shoegazechella would be a dream! I'd LOVE for Lush to play but the Emma article in Consequence of Sound where they say they tried through three agents to play Coachella and came back with "Coachella did not like Lush, I can tell you that now, so that is why we’ve never been on Coachella." is pretty damning. Though that's pretty hard to believe unless Miki once spit on Paul Tollett or something? The no Daft Punk thing is pretty odd especially if NERD is playing.
99 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13!
Thanks for The Stone Roses and blur!!! Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Electrelane, Dum Dum Girls, SISU, HUM, American Analog Set, Unrest, Lush, Inspiral Carpets, th' faith healers and Chavez for 2014 please!
All of Daft Punk's collaborators will be playing at the festival. Without Daft Punk.
Frank ocean on the mainstage before MBV and dm seems off to me.
Empire of the sun was billed higher in 2011 than on this poster which makes zero sense
News flash Gareth emery is now a headliner for edm events now. Having him on the bottom of the poster is simply retarded
Also tears for fears being anywhere but the 2nd line is amateur. Not saying I couldn't of done better but man tears for fears is equal to or greater than new order
Otherwise beautiful poster and good choice of novel bands
Don't forget how weird this year's real poster was. Metric had a lower billing this year than in 2008 despite being much more popular now and having a main stage promotion. It happens when lineups are more stacked. Looks like every act listed before Empire is just as/more popular or some rare reunion. As much as I want to see them play, Tears for Fears have been playing casinos and state fairs for years now, not headlining and subheadlining world class festivals after disappearing for seven years like New Order, so they are not in any way on the same level.
I don't keep up with EDM really, but I don't see why these dome vets and small fonters couldn't do the Yuma. Carl Cox is a tricky one. Like Hawtin, he seems way too big to do it, but not so much among the current Sahara crowd.
Switch out Skrillex w/ Atoms for Peace, and add Pet Shop Boys somewhere on the bill.
