Holy Christ, you Youtube-worshipping dipshit.
Heads Will Roll is newer than any song off a previous album, you cocksucker. Sacrilege shows up number 3 on Spotify. Does that make it their 3rd most popular song ever? How are you possibly this dumb?
For me? Reality's fine for me. I'm not the one chasing people around trying to get them to add me on Facebook to prove to myself that I'm not a worthless, ugly piece of shit.
I don't really have to because if I ever wanted to high five someone I have tons of actual friends who would gladly high five me without me having to browbeat them into it.
The Yeah Yeah Yeah's had the crowd in their hands after sacrilege and then proceded to spend the next half hour putting them to sleep. I've seen this band have an entire crowd moving, dancing and fully captivated on multiple occasions. The two worst shows I have ever seen this band perform were at Coachella. Last time she looked dehydrated during that sunset set a few years ago. This year despite her energy and charisma they chose an awful setlist of unfamiliar new stuff and ballads. I think I enjoyed 3 songs from this set weekend 1.
Also, it's not a festival vs club thing either. They killed it at Sasquatch 2009 at sunset.
i was at rail and loved it.
thought the signing was weird though. chick was way into it, knew all the words. but is it insensitive to wonder why a deaf person goes to a music festival?
I thought their weekend 2 set was awesome. Good mix of old stuff with only 4-ish from Mosquito. Sacrilege with choir was great. Crowd was really into closer, Heads Will Roll. Highlight of my Friday, second only to Japandroids.
Album is great. People are gonna hate cause it's not their typical fair. It's much more moody and the down tempo songs outnumber the ups. God forbid they try something different and change the tone of their album! It's solid work from start to finish and many are downright powerhouses. As for their set at Coachella, I saw weekend 2 and they were an absolute pleasure. They exude so much positive energy and pure fun. Their enthusiasm for performing is contagious and I was smiling from ear to ear and dancing like a fool. Most folks around me seemed really into them as well. Great band, great album, great set, shut the fuck up.
