Not sure what they could do. But putting something on the paths other than water would be the place to start. Maybe they can't pave it, but surely there is some temporary surface that would keep the dust down. The wood chips at FYF really worked. If the grass had really developed root systems, it would keep the dirt in place even after it was all dead and worn away. The sod being laid down does not have time to put down roots, so it disintegrates.
I see a business opportunity: open a booth selling dust masks, bandanas, goggles and windbreakers!
Man, people at Coachella sure are spoiled. I've hit up other festivals where I left blackened from head to toe with dirt and coughing up black dirt shit from my lungs for days afterward. Coachella is luxury paradise compared to most others.
It was a joke based on all the other "something has to change" threads that have pooped up the last couple days. Thought it was obvious because who the fuck could control the wind/dust/desert/etc.? Jeez.
I am very well prepared for it, especially with being on the lung transplant list. Ain't got room to fuck around
Actually, install a bunch of those windmill generators and have them blow against the wind coming in. Like a wall of death.
