Give it up dude Hardwell had one of the best sets of the weekend at ultra... acclaimed by fans and peers alike.
I didn't come in hear to get into a shouting match, I clearly stated I WANTED TO SEE pretty lights... it just didn't happen for me this year. Continue with your hardwell flaming though and telling people pretty lights doesn't just hit play.
This set got really mediocre and stale half way through. The lights and lasers were cool and everything but SHM had the same shit last year and so did muse in 2010. I had no problems bailing near the end of this set to pee and chill in the beer gardens.
Is there an audio or video footage of their entire Coachella set? I missed the first 30 minutes of it. Haven't been to find it anywhere.
edit: transitions were a little lackluster but saying all he does is hit play is bs, he makes every sound on his records himself. so obviously you have to "hit play" to play the music you produced. His 2hr show at the Shrine was seamless and amazing.
He ain't so pretty without his lights, dogbro.
Amazing performance weekend 2. Danced my ass off and those wavy lasers...those wavy lasers...
Never even heard of this dude until last night, not gonna lie he really kicked ass.
Pretty Lights was my favorite of the weekend. This was my first time seeing him and he really lived up to his name. Was concerned because of the conflict with Hardwell at this time but I am definitely glad I ended up at Pretty Lights. With the sun going down just in time, he really lit up the outdoor theatre.
Does anyone else feel like they got hypnotized?
