You know the song. Every year there's one song you discover by some band you weren't really familiar with until the lineup came out. It's upbeat, it's probably some form of indie rock. It makes you bounce a little while you listen to it. You can feel the sunshine. You can imagine the release that washes over you when you hit those Polo Fields. Even though it's hotter than fuck out, you haul your sweaty ass over to the Mojave or Gobi or Outdoor to catch their set. And while only a few minutes ago you were too beaten down by the lack of sleep you'd suffered in all the excitement, by the drinking and drugs you're blasted yourself with the night before, and by the oppressive heat--when this song hits none of it matters. You're at Coachella.
Here's the bar to beat for this year, kids.

I'm keeping it in mind except I invented this goddamn thing so I know what the fucking answer is. Thank you.
Cool dude! Well have fun seeing only mainstream rock acts at coachella! We'll all be seeing other things too but not having as much fun as you because our opinions are dumb and we don't listen to much music anyway!
All of the songs on here are valid. You could debate that that awesome Savages song isn't upbeat enough but I still prefer it to your choice.

You're assuming an awful lot about my musical tastes just because you didn't listen to the point of the thread, dipshit.
Do you have any honorable mentions? I'd like to know what else you feel would qualify but doesn't meet the standard set by Of Monsters and Men (who, by the way could very easily being playing a late-afternoon, evening, or night set)
