Alright here is another Saturday with *cringe* Sigur Ros on the Outdoor... :-(
Action Bronson will lead into Danny Brown, there's no other way
Those changes Boourns made make a lot more sense.
And Sigur Ros is either closing the Outdoor, or playing some Main Stage set time
12/16-18 Day for Night
Simian Mobile Disco is a night time act given their light show.
Maybe a little more of a crowd with Phoenix beacuase of the whole dp rumor........ that never dies.
No way the Phoenix crowd will be the same as Radiohead's last year
Would El-P be a Gobi act or Mojave?
Put Sigur Ros after Phoenix. Seriously.
The "headliner or a DJ plays last" rule has been broken once before at Coachella(Blackstar over NIN) and a couple times at Sasquatch and other festivals(Massiave Attack played over someone). Also the NIN/JA tour. Jimi Hendrix didn't go on last at the Isle of Wight festival in 1970, Leonard Cohen had the slot.
75m for SR and 90m for Phoenix.
New Order is one of the last two on the Outdoor. No way they play that early on any stage. Sigur Ros into New Order or New Order into Sigur Ros.
1/17: Marching Church @ Rickshaw Stop
1/23: No Age @ Starline Social Club
1/26: The She's, Terry Malts @ The Independent
1/27: Heron Oblivion @ The Chapel
1/27: Christopher Rau, Jordan @ f8
1/29: Silver Shadows, CCR Headcleaner @ Hemlock Tavern
02/02: Lily's @ The Chapel
I don't think they'll have that big of an overlap in the main and outdoor stage. At most it might be 10-15 minutes.
St.Vincent-Florence-BrandNew-Desaparecidos-OFF-ChicanoBatman-Mě-NightTerrorsOf1927-Drake... nah, just kidding, Fuck Drake
Radiohead wasn't even that crowed. I felt like i kept walking towrds the stage throughout the whole show. Maybe on the right side of the stage it was packed in a little more, but on the left by the beer gardens it was really open. It was so open some people started lighting off fireworks next to me. They were just sparklers, but still fireworks. I really love Radiohead and i dunno where everyone else was. The draw will be the same.
Major Lazer going on after Hawtin and Moby seems unlikely. I would move Major Lazer down two spots (maybe below SMD as well?)
Main stage was more crowded for dre and snoop than for anyone else last year. Maybe because the other stages were closed and aviici sucks.
I wasn't exactly sober during their set but I remember Radiohead having a big crowd.
Radiohead had a massive crowd, I don't know what that guy is talking about.
I know it's in here somewhere but can't bloody find it. Anyway, basically it's do to with The Postal Service.
NME ran a piece on them playing a show whilst also headlining to Coachella Festival. This tells me they are closing the outdoor stage.
Two Door Cinema Club
The Postal Service
Don't clash The Postal Service and Biffy Clyro
