U2: 6/28 @ United Center
Lollapalooza: 8/1 @ Grant Park
The will both most likely get the same set length both weekends with The Stone Roses playing last during weekend one and Blur doing the same on weekend two.
Am I the only one who really doesnt see Blur and SR switching spots?
The Replacements --> The Knife --> Outkast
I think they will both get the same amount of time (80min) both weekends but they will switch spots so that they both get to headline, they probably would of done the same thing with Kanye and the Strokes but they were not doing two weekends back then.
In other words, they never guaranteed bands would play identical setlists and also you're an idiot.
What the fuck? Same sets? Where was that ever said? Pretty sure if a band wants to switch up their set or play a different song, they can, and they will. In fact, I saw this exact thing happen NUMEROUS times last year with SEVERAL bands (not just Radiohead).
i mean, it's absurd. once a band gets on stage, they can take a shit for an hour if they want.
anyone think cee-lo didn't get paid after his abomination? no.
sly stone? you know that dude cashed their check already, otherwise, his no shoe having ass woulda been right where he needed to be.
Though I will say that I heard the contract for the Buzzcocks stated that certain songs HAD to be played...now I thought bullshit on that but the person telling me this was dead serious and said they saw the contract themselves to verify it (they were friends with one of the dudes in the band).
Why is Loco Dice in a smaller font than the rest of the bands on the same line? That bugs me.
