So...Macca, Killers and Kings of Leon???
There is enough shit on the undercard which is typical for Firely so I am inclined to think that it's real.
Cage the Elephant would be a repeat from last year. I remember it well and have the scars to prove it (broken rib, broken tooth)
I had no idea what to expect last year going in and had a blast despite the injuries. The grounds are ample, albeit hard/gravelly.
And nothing beats getting to bop around from stage to stage with a pint of your favorite Dogfish Head flavor of the day.
It's an almost perfect list of what's wrong with major American festivals nowadays. Jesus. All that's missing are fun., The Black Keys, and Alt-J.

8/4 DJ Windows 98 @ The Echo, 8/11 La Luz @ Echoplex, 8/20-23 Green Man Festival, 8/28 The Black Ryder @ The Roxy
As if the headliners billing of The Killers and Kings of Leon is not enough - Hozier then Steve Aoki printed in the lineup poster almost at the top is brutal. Hehe

Surprised Hozier isn't above Morrissey
UPDATE: Firefly Music Festival officials confirmed seven 2015 Firefly acts at Sunday night's "Firefly First Look" launch concert at the Trocadero in Philadelphia. Indie rockers Spoon, hip hop duo Run the Jewels, Swedish singer/rapper Elliphant, Australian electronic duo Empire of the Sun, English indie rockers Bastille and Philadelphia acts Chiddy Band and Cheerleaders were named. A full line-up is expected later this week.
I don't see Elliphant on the leaked poster.
The lineup may be more pop, but it looks pretty solid to me.
From the Firefly FB page:
Things we’ve learned this week:
1. We are incredibly lucky to have such dedicated and passionate fans. The enthusiasm, excitement, and quirkiness…you had us laughing, crying, and getting beyond ready for Firefly 2015.
2. You’re concerned about the Firefly 2015 lineup. We would love to give you your final lineup right now, but we are still waiting on some last-minute approvals before we can release the lineup. We actually haven’t had problems with your lineup. It’s just taking more time than expected. Unfortunately, we don’t have full control over these approvals. If you want just a small peek into one element of confirming a lineup, here’s an interesting read on some of the things that go on behind the scenes: http://ow.ly/IDNGC
3. You’d love to know a release date. We respect your time, and because of that, we aren’t going to promise a day for a lineup announcement if we cannot be 100% sure that we can follow through this time. If you would like to know a different way to get Firefly information other than checking our social media accounts and website constantly, please sign up for our mailing list here: http://ow.ly/IDO0Q.
You can also download the Firefly App to receive real time announcements. That way, you can know immediately when the lineup is released. http://ow.ly/IDOrH.
We love you all more than ever, and we’re going to continue to give tickets away to our #FireflyFam for each day we all wait - and we say “we all,” because we are as anxious as you are.
Your Firefly Team
Wonder what kind of diva-licious shit Morrissey is trying to pull off?
my friend's relatively small band told me they'd be playing firefly this year, and they're on that leaked poster (in the bottom third). i don't see how someone making a fake would put them on it. i am inclined to say the poster is real.
Yeah and supposedly there's another leak that came from the app that is the same as the previous leak. I still say Morrissey won't show.
That is dire. They totally spent all their money on Paul McCartney.
Coachella '02, '03, '04, '05, '06, '07, '08, '09, '10, '11, '12 W1, '13 W1&2, '14 W1, '15 W1&2, '16 W1
I'm guessing Macca is still booked for this if he was accidentally on the mobile app list. There might be something in the contract that they can't announce him as a headliner until he announces other shows or something. Pretty disappointing for people waiting for this lineup release, though. KOL sucks.
