Hey guys, Im so new to this...really trying to do whatever it takes to make Coachella 2013. Wanted to know exactly where do I go to do the payment plan? I just registered on this website today...

You're too late to do the payment plan. You can try to secure passes when the rest go on sale in January, but you'd have to pay for it in full.
