Not even, would have rather had jack white headline.
I'm not familiar with half of this line up but it looks like they left out most of the edm trash(minus Skrillex). I'm cool with that.
I'm not too familiar with a lot of the bands either. I was really hoping for Outkast, but I'm most excited for Kanye.
fuckin' with the lights on
Hipster gonna hip
i'll be there for sure
there's a lot to enjoy and there's also a lot to hate. Excited to make it out to my first Life is Beautiful
Just wish it had jack white instead of outkast and justice instead of Skrillex. Plus dfa in there somewhere.
Those poor schmucks that bought early bird expecting to see Jack, Beck and Massive Attack are crying right now. The production company has been hyping this fest for a long while about how much they are renovating and adding art installations downtown and how they are going to build this into a major fest for the city. Then they drop a half ass lineup like this with just about all of the headliners having already played Vegas this year.
Uhhh, none of the headliners have played Vegas this year. Kanye was here last October, Foo Fighters haven't been here in years, and, of course, Outkast hasn't either. AM haven't been here in a few years. No Lionel Richie, Flaming Lips, Alt-J, Broken Bells, TV on the Radio. Who exactly HAS been here this year? Skrillex? Every major DJ in the WORLD has been here this year.
fuckin' with the lights on
I saw Lionel Richie a few years ago, took my girl to see him. I don't understand why he's being booked for these festivals. What a complete waist of time (I look behind me as I type this in fear of Lionel bitch-slapping me out of no where).

Looking at the poster I am noticing more and more things I want to see that I didn't notice the first time.
Not a great lineup, but neither was last year’s and I still had a blast from start to finish. There was plenty of good music, like Purity Ring and Beck and STS9 and Portugal the Man, and the festival organizers really had their shit together for the inaugural with the layout and food and drink and art and security (no fucking strip searches on the way in like Coachella) and stage locations and sound systems (the exception being the Huntridge stage with its anemic sound).
Helped that the weather was perfect, too. And the crowd was very chill, just about the friendliest crowd out to have a good time without acting like the people around them didn’t exist that I’ve experienced in 45 years attending live performances.
Very happy to have gotten my earlybird tix, and excited to see how LIB 2014 might match or even top LIB 2013.
I've been listening to way too much Yeezy lately.
I'm pretty excited for the following acts:
And I don't really know or care for the rest.Kanye West
TV On the Radio
Mr. Fuzz, you're gonna have to give me your top 10 Kanye like you did for JAY-Z. Maybe include stuff he's bound to play at LIB. Thanks in advance, brah.
