So Snoop was out for the first nine songs and the last two, granted, although really fucking Jump Around shouldn't even count. That's when I realized that Dre was just like, "Ugh, I gotta entertain some white people. These fucking assholes don't know shit about me, I can just play whatever."
Particularly in a thread devoted to that question.
Was that whole set really only 1:07 long?
I loved the Dre and Snoop set. Dumb, stoney, drunk as fuck, fun.
Coachella 02,03,04,05,06,07,08,09,10,11,12,12,13,14,15,16,17 !
i enjoyed dre's set and kanye's set. dre pandered a bit to whitey, but it was fun. i wasn't expecting anything more, because it wasn't a dre concert, it was dre at a music fest playing the hits. it was everything it should have been for what it was. would i have liked to hear more deep tracks? of course. but i didn't expect it and don't know why you did. they played it safe, and we all expected them to.
as for yeezy, the three act ballet was a very interesting take on his catalogue. and it wasn't just a dj, there were backing musicians, they were just off to the side. he didn't play it safe, and it was a pleasant surprise.
My girlfriend looks a little bit like Charlize Theron... and a lot like Dog the Bounty Hunter.
I see a new poll with these options on the horizon:
I dug the Dre & Snoop set as it was.
I would've prefered no guests and more of their material.
I wanted a hologram appearance of Nate Dogg.
