To be honest, The Strokes are much bigger than Blur at least here in the US. The biggest NYC headlining show Blur ever played was at Hammerstein Ballroom which has a capacity of 3900 in 2003. Maybe if they play couple shows in big markets (ex: Pulp), they'll make some money but for most part of the country, they're still remembered as "Song 2" band in my opinion. They'll never do an arena size tour here. But I guess that's a good thing for us because they sold out 80,000 ticket show in London in August in 5 minutes! I highly doubt they'll play Coachella but you might be right about SXSW. Here's the last US tour dates from 2003:
