what is the one song that you would play for them?
9/14 Colleen Green @ All Star Lanes, 9/25 Chelsea Wolfe @ The Regent, 10/15 Lolawolf @ Troubadour, 10/20 Blur @ Hollywood Bowl, 10/31 Philip Glass, Kronos Quartet @ The Ace
"Satisfaction" by the Stones.
9/26/15 - Titus Andronicus @ Roxy // 10/20/15 - Blur @ Hollywood Bowl // 11/12/15 - Desaparacidos @ Teragram Ballroom // 11/14/15 - TV On The Radio @ Theater at Ace Hotel
11/18/15 - No Age @ Echo // 11/21/15 - Blind Guardian @ City National Grove of Anaheim // 12/12/15 - HEALTH @ Teragram Ballroom // 2/13/15 - Black Sabbath @ Mandalay Bay Events Center
Pssh, "Satisfaction" is one of the best examples of basic, straight forward rock n' roll. That and Chuck Berry's "Johnny B. Goode."
You know, but that's valid because if we are all gonna die anyway shouldn't we be enjoying ourselves now? You know, I'd like to quit thinking of the present, like right now, as some minor insignificant preamble to something else.
It's that tad bit of Crazy that keeps me Sane...
Tight Pants, baby!
fuckin' with the lights on
i would take them to Gathering of the Juggalos for several reasons.
1. They would eventually hear some good music.
2. No one would question how weird they look.
3. They would be scared of us and probably not consider trying to conquer our planet.
That is the LAST goddamn thing I'd be thinking about if aliens landed. Fucking retarded scenario.

Stupid thread got me intrigued with the "aliens blah blah blah..." stuff, then let me down. Fuck you.
Are you sure it's the thread that's stupid?
JUST TEASING YOU AMY SMOOOCHES
i've got Mars on the brain lately. Sorry. I want to go to Mars in 2023.
Is everyone mentioning Chuck Berry doing it because they're hoping if they play something uninteresting enough the aliens will leave us alone?
Also, I think Bowie is the obvious choice. Only because they'll probably relate to him.
If you really want them to relate to something with hopes that they'd right back in their little space ships and hit the road...
