I met the bass player from Cold War Kids last night, if that makes this thread any more up to date?

Tokyo Police Club supported them, who were damn good too (lots of 2 minute songs that end very abruptly)

Michael McKean was also great as the boyfriend of the gay airline steward on Tracey Ullmann's show.My aunt sat right behind him at a Van Morrison show at the Wiltern,and she said some drunk people were talking loudly through the whole set,and she finally told them to shut up or get the fuck out.They quieted down and later on McKean turned around and thanked her,because he wanted to do the same thing but couldn't.
