Default Need to sell reservation at Hyatt Regency Suites Palm Springs

I can't go to Coachella anymore, but I have a non-refundable reservation through priceline.com for April 13, 14, & 15 (checkout on the 16th) at the Hyatt Regency Suites in Palm Springs. It's $250 a night, but comes to $887 with taxes and fees. I can transfer to your name if you need a nice place to stay. All hotels in the area seem to be booked, so I'll sell to you at cost. Sleep in a real bed so you can actually enjoy the music.

You and I seem to be in the same boat - Priceline and their damn "non-refundable" reservation.
