absolutely perfect
Accuweather shows there won't be showers till Monday. Watch out weekend two... the rain is coming for you
a bit cold, will i die?
hahahahaha and the forecast slowly starts sneaking up...
we'll hit 90 sunday for sure. just watch.
Seriously, weather forecasting is such a sham.
For your health
this will be my first coachella and tbh, i could give a shit about the weather. not going to let some stupid rain ruin what looks to be a fucking amazing weekend. even if it does rain, it might be a nice reprieve from the heat. maybe.
I've actually been looking at these forecasts and rooting for it to hit the mid-90s. I've always seen Coachella as my heath and youth gauge... But a little rain is nice, too. In 07, at the V-Fest, a little rain actually made an Interpol set very cool to be present for (not to mention it helped me feel better, because the humidity in Baltimore was much worse than the heat of Coachella).
Itll break triple digits. Then itll go back to 75 for the country folk.
People you guys are complaining about mid 80s to low 90s? This would be the best weather that coachella has ever had aside from the 1st year ever!!! Im also a Coachella valley Local and the weather is just fine right now. Its suppose to be a little warm early next week but then cool down for Chella.. Usually pretty accurate.
I know what you mean. I went to Lollapalooza last year and the humidity was KILLER. It rained on the Sunday of the festival, but unfortunately it was only nice for a little while because it was a downpour not just a light drizzle. Luckily we brought ponchos or we would've been miserable.
I actually love the weather at Coachella. Dry heat isn't nearly as bad as humidity and at Coachella it feels amazing at night. Another reason why Coachella is the best festival in the U.S. hands down.
You realize that them being right at all is pretty incredible. Predicting the exact state of the atmosphere, which can change based on things like sun angle and wind patterns hundreds of miles away, at a specific time and location 5 days in the future isn't exactly something that is easy to do.
Only thing worse would be the people complaining about it being in the mid 79s to low 80s, aka perfect weather. I have been through enough outdoor festivals and desert enviroments to know how fast dehydration and sun burn can kill your buzz, a cloudy weekend in the low 80s would really be the best weekend ever for coachella.
