Did you really need to make a new thread to post this?
Unless I cross posted it in every single Artist involved's thread, I thought it was pretty New Thread worthy... -__-
Did somebody already post it? didn't see it

So is anyone opening for Pulp?
Wild Flag/First Aid Kit/EMA is a good lineup.

I thought GV might do something like this. Between last years sellout, all the local venues AEG controls, the need to book bands for 2 weekends and the fact that Coachella is much more than just the line up it just makes too much sense. This should only encourage more bands to play Coachella. Who wouldn't want to get the big paycheck of a huge festival two weekends in a row and be able to play LA the week in between?
SF Bay Area is the same way. And these are just the artists in my itunes library. I'm sure there are more. screenshot001le.jpg
btw, excuse my lack of html skillz, but how do you get the image to post in its true size?

Im surprised they're having Refused play before coachella seeing as its their first show in how ever long.
The refused reunion has already played a show.
This thread is useful for the out of towners with extra days in the LA area surrounding the festival.
It's nice getting extra oppurtunities to see these acts, but not having a festival schedule is a frustration. Despite having chances of seeing acts in Vancouver, at the festival and these sideshows, I know there will still be "top-20 of the festival" acts that I cannot see in 2012. That drives me nuts. I didn't get to see a "top 3" acts in 2011 because it conflicted.
Also a show worthy of note that's not part of this list is School Of Seven Bells @ Echoplex, Thursday April 19th.
I'll be there, and the Black Angels/Moon Duo show the night before. Glad I saw this before I booked my flight to LAX!
This skunk's a festival junky...
