I brought $350 to spend on all three days last year and had a lot of money left after. I plan on bringing the same amount this year just to be safe because I want to party and not have to worry about finding an ATM.
What beers do they sell at Coachella?
I have spent more on merchandise/food/drinks than I do on tickets last few years (always get the signed emek posters)... I recommend you go straight to the merch tent first thing FIRST DAY for the best selection because they ALWAYS run out of stuff

I bring $100 for each of the three days of the festival, and spend about $20 of it on Thursday night (Spicy Pie, realistically). I spend it on water bottles, food, and beer. Virtually no merch (if that). Somehow I run out by the end of the weekend. Calculating that in my head it doesn't seem right, seems like there is $30 or so per day that is going unaccounted for, but it happens.
all of it ...............
there are atms with 50 dollar atm fees so be careful what atm u use

I sell promotional products for a living, but I don't see that much of a need to spend money on Merchandise. I am just there to have fun, listen to the bands, dance, and drink booze.
I'm gonna steal it.
Last year I only spent about $20 a day! But we were staying at a hotel that had free breakfast, and we got lunch on the way over. So I only had one meal inside the festival and then a snack or two! and rode the ferris wheel once and didn't buy any merch or records. And I was under 21 so no drinks!
I only buy food and water (I hate drinking when its 90 out/extremely expensive to catch a buzz), and probably spent about 80-90 on all three days last year. I use the free refill stations a lot. #College
last year i got away with only bringing $100, gonna try to do that again this year
