I'm beginning to realize I need to set up some sort of desk/workspace at home to do my coursework, because as of right now I have to do it in bed or on the loveseat. Unfortunately, I live in a very small studio, and I can't fit a desk in anywhere. I'd hate to ditch my ONLY sitting spaces just to put a desk in, but I'm not sure what other solution there is.

Maybe a couple of c tables? They're small and narrow and the bases tuck under furniture. Use them as side tables for your bed or love seat then bring them together as desk space when you need it. Or just get a cheap card table and store it under your bed or behind your headboard.

Was supposed to fly back to CA yesterday, but because of the deep freeze in the Midwest, my flight yesterday and my rebooked flight for today have been canceled.
