Oops, season 2 sucked.
Lately, I have been digging Countdown with Keith Olberman. I just wish he had on some right wing guests so he could slay them in debate.
I <3 Shawnee Smith.
Shawnee Smith enriched my childhood.
The Wire is my all time favorite. It's the perfect show.
I'm trying to get into more shows that are new to me. Here are a few comedy shows I like:
Jacob and I recently went through a couple seasons of Big Bang Theory about twentysomething nerd physicist friends. Funny as hell.
We also like Better Off Ted about a fictional corporate research company called Veridian. This shows gets better with every episode.
And here's a British sit-com called The IT Crowd:
She added the phrase "meany head" to my profile.I hardly think I'm an attention whore.I train birds of prey and am I licensed falconer
I don't know that its really changed much since the beginning other then they are focusing more on one or two story lines per episode instead of jumping all over like they did in the first few. There is more investigation of the clues instead of them all being thrown out at once.
Although I do have to admit, I like being beaten over the head with the clues, probably because I usually watch it stoned and need the extra push.
Yeah I noticed the show tends to throw Sheldon and Penny together a lot for easy laughs. I keep wondering if the show will thrust Sheldon into some sort of sexual encounter with anyone, and they keep teasing about it but never fulfill it.
Shows I Like/ have liked:
How I Met Your Mother
Big Bang Theory
Kingpin(mini-series on NBC about 2004)
The Great Space Coaster
Family Film Festival
Sons of Anarchy
(mainly I Love Money)
You know, but that's valid because if we are all gonna die anyway shouldn't we be enjoying ourselves now? You know, I'd like to quit thinking of the present, like right now, as some minor insignificant preamble to something else.
It's that tad bit of Crazy that keeps me Sane...
most of my tv pleasures are guilty unfortunately. I somehow became addicted to bad reality tv.
I am also recording White Collar and liked the first two episodes but havent watched any of the latest ones yet. I only allow myself two new shows per season due to wanting to leave my house on occasion. DVR ruined my life.
current top 3 comedy favs: Community, Modern Family, It's Always Sunny...
all-time top 3 comedy favs: Frasier, Black Books, Father Ted
Father Ted. I forgot all about that show. At first I was like "what the hell is this?" It kinda grew on me.
Psych, Dexter, and 30 Rock are my favorites.
Fringe, Burn Notice, and Lost are also good.
